Efficient, pleasant and knowledgable

Apart from this being our second arranged appointment after engineer called in sick the first time. We were kept informed as soon as possible. Appointment time was kept to the time slot given. Peter was very informative and polite.

Engineer did not tighten water main feed to dishwasher under sink correctly. Flooded our kitchen, when we rung to complain AEG couldn’t be less bothered. Terrible service!

Professional service, great updates and engineer was really knowledgeable and resolved issue and gave helpful tips as well.

They went over my washing machine with a fine toothbrush hey looked at everything absolutely brilliant couldn’t fault them one bit

The drum was replaced today. I have just put a wash on and the machine turned off by itelf after 20 minutes. I thought it might have been a power cut so I tried again but the machine switched off after 20 minutes once again. I am far from impressed!

The engineer came within the timeframe we were given. He listened to what we told him the problems were, investigated for himself, and was able to resolve the problems without taking too long. He was pleasant and polite, and cleared up any mess he had made in the course of his work.

The fitting of the replacement parts went brilliantly, and the washing machine feels new again. Highly recommend the service.

When reporting the problem with my fridge, some information wasn't asked for, and as a result, Respond Services needed to contact me for that information. So that process could be slightly improved on. As for my engineer, he was brilliant. I believe he had been to my home on a different issue some time ago, and was equally efficient this time. He arrived on time, explained what he needed to do, and had completed the job fairly quickly. As the same as before, I would say he's a credit to the company. Very friendly. As a general comment, and I don't know what other manufacturers are like, but I wish Zanussi would put the product information plate in a much better position. Both the fridge and oven information plates are in difficult positions to access information that repair services need.

However I did feel the organisation of the appointments a little lacking , as today’s appointment I hadn’t been made aware of until I got a message that said estimated time of arrival, also the appointment before I lead to believe that was the actual repair and parts had been ordered which it wasn’t
