I was informed by text the day before your engineer was due the time slot allocated to my oven repair. Your engineer arrived within the time slot allocated and fixed to problem. Your engineer was polite and efficient.

Washing machine repair - prompt service
Booked a washing machine repair on-line, quickest time was a few days ahead. Respond Services called a couple of hours of me booking the appointment and offered me an appointment the next day which was very helpful. The engineer resolved the issue and was very informative as to what the issue had been. A great service thank you.

RSL was dispatched to repair my faulty …
RSL was dispatched to repair my faulty zanussi washing machine by zanussi UK customer service. I guess there’s a contract between the two companies. The engineer who came had already read my description of the problem and, upon seeing my washing machine, was able to diagnose the problem within 10 seconds. He proceeded to unscrew the back of the machine and replace the faulty heating element. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and the washing machine worked like a charm. Well done.
