The initial consult was excellent, but I am in the middle of a long wait for approval, and I am doing all the chasing and emailing. This process has not been clearly outlined and new requests for documents after 5 weeks of waiting is frustrating.

We got our system in 2023, we were happy with the whole installation process and its been working well for us! Our bills were up around $900 and over the last 3 years we've barely had a bill! We would really recommend Resinc Solar, and their fantastic company

The post installation service is a point of difference to other solar companies. I like the yearly check ins to follow up on the app, best practices and checking our energy plans. It’s a nice reminder.

It's all been smooth sailing. A year and a half later, we have had no issues with our solar. Our bills have more than halved and we are quite happy.

The follow up visits with Resinc have given us great advice on how to take better advantage of our Franklin battery during the winter months. They have such a helpful service to ensure we are doing the right thing. Now having the battery, our solar is working like a dream.

From the start, Resinc has given us really great customer service. They helped us understand what we were investing in and also how we can get the most value. The in home visits have also been a valuable experience in helping us to stay connected, ask questions and feel supported.

We didn’t have any experience with solar and we wanted to go with a company who provided quality and service. We had a few issues during installation and the CEO Leigh actually reached out to solve everything for us, which we we’re impressed by.

In the last 10 months with my system and the last 6 months since I've seen someone, everything has been working very well. Just a shame that prices keep going up and winter affects it so much! Really looking forward to summer!

There was nothing that didn’t go to plan. The installer really knew exactly what he was doing. As somebody who does a lot of building of my own, I was pleased to see how much care he took regarding the presentation of it. There are much cheaper batteries, but you get what you pay for.

Their communication is great and the system worked straight away which was such a relief!
