Customer service and follow up from Resinc has been consistent and a stand out. The bills have remained so low, that I forgot the solar exists. Even in winter, our results have been great. The installer we had was amazing, very neat and got the job done well.

When we put our solar on initially, Resinc told us it wasn’t the right time for batteries. For them to come back to us at the right time, they really looked after us. We had the same person who installed our solar, install our battery, he was excellent. Everything was on time and done expeditiously. The whole organisation has been very pleasant to deal with.

We installed an Anker battery a month ago and the whole process was smooth. The data and explanations were there. It was an easy decision to make. You can get cheaper batteries out there but the difference in quality and service speaks for itself.

Our system is working exactly as expected. We have had our 6 monthly follow ups and we appreciate their support. No problems at all. The test will come if we get a major storm but we trust they will be there if we need them.
