Sat through a 1 hour 20 minute sales pitch, to then be offered a price for Sungrow Solar & Battery (this was the system selected by the sales rep, not me) which was 140% higher than a quote from a reputable local installer for a comparable system. The salesperson was polite and professional. On the pricing issue, to be fair, it was only 99% more expensive if I agreed to participate in their "marketing campaign" which the sales rep on-the-spot checked if I "qualified", which lucky for me I did. Also, to be fair, the Solar & Battery quote I accepted is for a different brand (also very reputable, with highest quality panels and battery system and modern interface) but with 15Kw MORE batteries than Resinc's quote. I cannot comment on this company's installation services or post-sales services, only on their sales process and the price I was quoted compared to all other quotes that I received.

We honestly didn’t realise just how much of a difference solar and a battery would make until we saw the bills for ourselves. We went from paying around $1,200 a quarter to just $160 which has been an incredible change.
We’re genuinely thrilled with the result and couldn’t recommend these guys more highly.

Since they installed in 2020, it's been a smooth process. 6 years down the line. I am a bit confused when it comes to the technical side of things but Resinc make it really easy to understand. I am greatful to the whole team for the on-going support. It's not everyday you find a company who is reliable, supportive and stick to their promises

Install and follow up service is great. Products reliable, help with electricity plans and batteries. Cannot fault.

RESINC's post installation service is second to none. Another review occurred today, six months after the last one to check that the solar system and battery were functioning well, and to check if I had any concerns. The system is working exactly as it should, and I couldn't be happier with the ongoing service.

Solar can be quite a complex topic but the guys at Resinc made it simple and transparent. The installation process was simple, tidy and no fuss. I would recommend anyone considering solar to also get a battery to get the most out of their solar.

We had our system installed over a year ago and we have had issues with our Anker application. We have worked with Resinc to resolve this. They didn’t just tell us how fix it but actually sent someone out to solve this issue for us. They have been very helpful any time we have raised any questions or concerns.

Since the installation, our energy bills have reduced dramatically. We wish it was $0 but we know the team at Resinc are there to keep us on track.

Unbelieve service! The follow up service has exceeded our expectations. Companies often offer service service but disappear once they have your money, these guys have followed through. With the way the world is going, we are so happy we purchased solar with Resinc, and having $0 bills has been wonderful.

I think Resinc has been quite reliable. Initially I felt they were too expensive. But now having purchased a Sungrow system with them, I understand that their service is well worth the peace of mind. The installation on our heritage listed property was something I was concerned about, but they did a fantastic job.
