Remove My Car Anmeldelser

Quick reply, very prompt have used this company several times always good service and would highly recommend 5* from me...keep up the good work 👏

Absolutely terrible experience. This is one of the most unprofessional car collection companies I have ever dealt with. The communication was poor from start to finish, and every time I contacted them I seemed to get a different answer. Getting paid was a nightmare — I had to repeatedly chase them and constantly follow up just to receive money that should have been paid promptly in the first place.

The customer service was extremely disappointing, and it often felt like the staff had no idea what was going on. The whole process was stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable car collection service. There are far better companies out there that actually respect their customers and handle payments professionally.

Avoid if you value your time and expect decent customer service.

My car was collected quickly and I was paid the price I was quoted. Great! Much better than scrapyard prices and people on Facebook. Hard to say goodbye to the car but have new car now so no longer required. Great service!

excellent service, phoned to say they were on the way. arrived on time. got the car to start and took it away. friendly service and paid within 24 hours. highly recommend.

Very fast service and nice team would recommend 100%

Really quick and easy to do! Money arrived into my account the same day! Would highly recommend 🤩

Fast collection fast payment and polite drive definitely use this company again

I had to keep ringing them to get my money it was not put in my bank when it should have been I will not be using them in the future

Great service
Once I called them they got me booked in pretty quickly, the driver called me about 1p.m to let me know I'm the last job and he will be with me 4ish which was really helpful it meant I could pop to the shop with no concern that I'd miss him, he then called again to let me know when he was on his way
Lovely guy, advised me on my next car and was just genuinely a cheerful, decent man
Next day the money was in my account at 4.27p.m to be precise
Great service all round honestly, would absolutely use them again! Although I'm hoping I wont ever need to

Excellent service! Genuine, quick approach in dealing with the removal of my car! Lovely people to deal with - immediate payment transfer! Thankyou! 👍😁

Very efficient service. Collection on time and in date. Payment next day. Would highly recommend.

I needed rid of a MOT failure which was uneconomic to repair and would have cost money to shift. I got a quote online - within 2 days it was gone and they'd even paid me for the privilege! What's not to like - thanks, guys.

Great service from Remove My Car. Good price, smooth collection, and very professional communication. Highly recommended. price,

I contacted Remove my Car. They offered a price - I accepted and then they ignored me for a month and told me some story about export not wanting it? I guess they never wanted it in the first place.
Is this a scam - who knows

It was a very clear and professional service.

At the start I was dubious and wanted to verify and check everything however I was proved that the company is legit and money transferred quickly along with Certificate of Destruction.

Collection:
From the date i submitted interest i was contacted within 20 minutes with a time for same day collection.
The driver attended my home slightly late however he did make contact very early on stating so. When he arrived I locked myself out so car couldn't be collected. We arranged an early morning pickup 2 days later and he came and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. He was also very patient with me asking 100 and 1 questions.

Payment:
From the driver collecting and everything sorted. Within an hour funds were released with no issues.

Overall:
The service was fast, prompt and smooth (despite MY delay). I would definitely trust and share with others who are looking for a reliable service.

Great work thanks

First off the first time arranging collection waited all day nobody came, the second time all went smooth. Now considering my car was able to drive and in perfect condition the guy loaded it onto the van and said the payment will be processed in 24 hours. That was Friday! It's now Monday and still no payments, instead I get these rude women answering the phone telling me I should receive payment by 5pm today which is absolutely ridiculous
Avoid these idiots as I still haven't received my money

Great experience from start to end. After an immediate quote online, a date was arranged to collect my car. The communication from the gentleman collecting was excellent. He phoned to confirm he was due to arrive on time. He was professional, polite and friendly. I received the payment into my account two days later. I highly recommend 👌

I recently scrapped a car via the website; it could have not been easier and i got what i felt was a more than fair price.

Having submitted my enquiry, i was talking by phone within an hour and arranged a collection. The collector came on time, really friendly, removed the car and i have just received the payment next day as agreed.

I cant fault the process.
