Congratulations to Bill and his team

Thank you Relocate Removals for helping us move just after my husband had an accident and broke his hip! Luke, Barry and a third guy whose name I forgot ... the handsome one (!) ... came and packed one day, then they returned the next day with 3 other amazing men who made a stressful day bearable. Packing the house one end was a days work in itself, but they then unpacked at the other end remaining cheerful and positive, treating us and our property with respect at all times. They certainly earned their money and nothing was too much trouble- even when we arrived at the new property to find they'd left loads of things we didn't want - they moved them out for us. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. Only small criticism was when I was ringing before the move, the woman I spoke to was not really helpful, not seeming to understand that my situation had changed since I booked so my husband was unable to do anything at all. But the service itself was perfect. Thank you so much.

fantastic company. The 3 lads who packed and moved my items were fantastic and took all my stresses away on moving day. Would advise anyone to pay that little bit extra for the packing service as they did not damage one single item. Cannot thank this team enough

awful,avoid at all costs, all boxes were clearly marked with the destination at the new house, unloading was fast and they made a rapid exit, over the course of the next few days,I realised, I could not find boxes, items marked fragile to go in the house were dumped under heavy boxes in the garage and precious item were broken, brand new fridge freezer was damaged, complained and was sent a claims, which I completed and posted, only to have it returned to me as "unknown" after already being redirected to a new address, don't waste your time if you value your property.

Oh my goodness where do I even start! So we got these guys in for a quote and booked for our move however someone in the chain had an issue and therefore couldn’t make the date. We informed Relocate and they told us we still had to pay the full amount. They guy even turned up at our door for the money. He spoke to my husband and told my husband that he would still keep that slot for us as they wouldn’t book another job as this was just days before we were meant to move. We managed to get things sorted in the chain and stick with the original date as planned and called Relocate to let them know we were back on, however the following day (Wednesday) at 4.45pm we called them to double check everything was ok for the Friday move and they informed us that they had cancelled our job and taken on another job! We were literally left with 24 hours to find a removal company which was virtually impossible. I called Relocate and was fuming and asked to speak to Bill, the person who answered the phone said he would call me back, but surprise surprise he never bothered to call me back! That’s customer service for you. We called every company in London and Essex and it was too short notice for everyone. I was in absolute tears and my husband nearly had a heart trying to find someone. In the end a company very kindly called us back and hired some vehicles especially to help us as he could see our distress. Never use these morons! I should have realised they were a bunch of con artists when they came over to do the quote and all Bill did was talk about a certain celebrity who’s move he had recently done and slag him off for not paying him or making him a bloody cup of tea! If I hadn’t called to double check on that day, we would have had nobody to do our move and we would not have known until the day of the move as they did not even call us to let us know they were cancelling our job. The people who finally did do our removals informed us that Relocate have a bad reputation and used to be called by another name but changed their name to Relocate as their reputation was so bad. I would be interested in seriously investigating this company!

The worst removal company we have ever used. When they packed up our house they put things in the van which were not in boxes and were therefore supposed to stay. They packed away the vacuum cleaner the day before when they were packing the glassware. This meant I couldn't clean up once everything was in the lorries. Their suggestion was 'to borrow one from a neighbour' which is what I had to do. At our new house they ignored the label on the boxes and bags and put these wherever they felt like it. A lot of things were marked for the large shed in the garden. When they left, this shed was empty. They had basically dumped as much as they could in the quite small garage which was obviously nearer for them. Worst was to come. The top of one of my art deco sideboards was badly scratched which we were able to claim on their insurance for. However when the restoration company came to collect this solid and very heavy unit we were all astonished to see that there were two large gouges of wood on the side of the unit. I was not sure if I was more astonished that they did this or that they didn't own up to it! Of course I have now been told I cannot claim for this additional damage as it falls outside of the 7 days you have to report it. Please stay away from this company. I have had no acknowledgement or apology in relation to this damage. Quite disgraceful and deceitful

What an absolutely first class service! I can’t thank the four guys that came to move us enough. I was very stressed prior to the move as my husband was on jury service and could not be around for the move, leaving me and my 18 year old daughter to do it alone. Once the lads arrived, from the minute they got out the lorry, the made me feel so less stressed. The move went so smoothly and quickly. I just wish I could have done more to make their work easier other than being able to provide them with cups of tea. All four were absolute gents. They are a credit to the company.

I would just like say after employing Relocate removals, they were worth every penny. I would highly recommend them, from the initial quote , through to talking to Bill, and then the receptionists.
I was moving 175 miles, they came and packed me up over 2 days ( 3 bed house, 36 years of stuff and emptying the loft too) nothing was too much trouble for them , Luke, Rio, Ginger and another guy who's name i didn't catch. They all worked extremely hard, and were all still smiling and happy even after packing and unloading and driving to my new location for hours. Everything was very well packed, and deposited into the correct rooms of my new home.

We wanted a move that was hassle free and our move to be done in one trip. A friend recommended RRR and it was worth it! Rob came to the property to inspect the amount of items and also left us with a pack about the company and transpancey about our move I.e take your valuables with you - the call about insurances and payment deadlines were clear so the service made it professional.

On the day, the team arrived Michael, Mark & Remi and they had everything all organised. I would recommend this company as it just takes out the pressure off for any big move.

We used relocate removals back in March and I'm kicking myself at not getting round to doing this sooner. Could not have asked for a better service, from the simplicity of the original visit/quote to getting booked in (at extremely short notice too). The team were hugely helpful on the day, professional and patient. really can't recommend them enough - and all very an extremely reasonable price! The team really helped what could have been a very stressful day, run really smoothly

After being in my home for 38 years, we decided to move. I googled many companies before I decided who to go with. I rang relocate and from the very start the girls in reception who handled my calls were extremely polite. Rob the estimator who came around was a barrel of laughs from start to finish and that is what made me go with relocate. I rang and went ahead with the service spoke to Bill and set the ball rolling for my move date. On the day of the move the van arrived nice and early. The main man explained where and how they would start. Some of my things were not packed and they packed them for me. The four guys that came were fantastic and ever so polite, Please and thank you all the way. At some point another man had come down and I didn't know who it was. I later found out that this was Bill. I was a little disappointed that he hadn't introduce himself. Never mind. The four removal men worked very hard loading 38 years worth of stuff on to the lorry with great speed and were ever so careful. Every boxes were put wherever they were labelled to be put. No items were damaged in the move. No items were missing. The four guys worked like trojans. My move from start to finish was fantastic. The price was excellent. All staff were amazing and I would hundred percent recommend relocate removal to all my friends and family without a doubt. Thank you so much relocate for taking the stress out of my move.

Relocate were absolutely brilliant!
I would definitely recommend them. The team were very polite, efficient, clean and tidy. During these strange times with the covid restrictions the team followed all the safety guidelines to ensure that myself and my family felt safe. 10/10.
They respected us as customers, calling us all by our names (a nice personal touch) lots of 'please' and 'thank yous'. Nothing was too much trouble, if we asked for a piece of furniture or boxes to be moved elsewhere whilst making our mind up on the layout of our new home.
I still can't believe how quick they were! It honestly felt like magic! Such a hard working and lovely team! Thank you all for making what would be a stressful time an enjoyable experience.

I found Relocate online throughGoogle. They were happy to help organise our move, we had lived in our house for 28 years so not something we were looking forward to! And made the whole process leading up to moving day, so easy.
We had a very stressful time on completion day to say the least, the guys at Relocate, all four of them on the day, were super fast and efficient and went out of their way to help us out in what was a very difficult, unexpected situation. Would recommend them 100% and should I ever move house again, I know I would give them a call

Used this company at the beginning of February, they were very professional, they gave us lots of boxes and tape. They called the day before to tell us what time they would be arriving. They were a very hardworking team, they were polite and very respectful and careful when moving our things. The removal went really smoothly, they had to wait a very long time until we could get our furniture into the new property (which was really annoying), they were very patient and respectful towards us and moved our things in professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and they are really good value for money.

We used this company for our move last Thursday. They initially came round a few weeks prior to our moving date to look at our home to give us an accurate quote in regards to the type of transport needed as well as how many porters to provide on the day. We were given boxes and tape to pack up our belongings which were really strong. They contacted us the day before to give an estimate of arrival time and to ensure that all details were correct.
On the day of moving they arrived at the agreed time. The porters were extremely polite and very hardworking. They packed my belongings into the lorry as if it were their own items as that much care was taken. They took the items to my new address and unloaded and put them into the rooms which I had requested. I can not believe how quickly they loaded up. We even had an issue where my bed wouldn’t get down the stairs but somehow without causing any damage they got it out saving me having to buy a new bed as we had banisters installed after purchasing the bed.
What a fantastic company, so much so that I have recommended them to my sister who is due to move soon. This company went above and beyond to help my move go as stress free as possible so thank you for making the day run smoothly.

Full of charm when they come to quote for the job but that's where the positives end......
Made them fully aware of no date set in stone, after giving a provisional date which we later had to change they said NO you are fully liable to pay the full removal fee for the date first told and it is not changeable.
This company is deceitful, and managed by money grabbing thieves.
Also been made aware this company has changed its name many times.
You have been warned.

Having done as requested by relocate ie check with them their availability BEFORE confirming move date with Solicitor and then having been told by them “Yes you are booked in for that date” I then confirmed my date with solicitor and all 5 in chain exchanged contracts. I immediately emailed Relocate for payment requirements etc and after not hearing back from them after 2 days phoned them to be told “Bill will have to look to see if he could move you”. I explained I’d already been confirmed and booked in. I never received a phone call back, and when I called again a pleasant lady told me they couldn’t move me as they were busy !! Despite many calls and requests Bill never phoned me back

I found this company to be friendly and efficient from start to finish the three guys who moved us Plug, Jade and Jimmy arrived early and got everything packed on the van and unpacked quickly with good humour throughout would recommend Relocate to anyone
