The team that moved us made our move the least stressful move we’ve ever done, the lads were all respectful and polite and treated our belongings with great care, everything went so smoothly on the day, everything that was taken apart was put back together in our new home perfectly, from start to finish a smooth move,

We came across Relocate when our old neighbours moved in, when they knocked on our door to ask politely if they could park their lorries in the public parking spaces front of our house temporarily. At the time we were also in the process of selling and buying, so we took down their details due to their courteous first impression. When we were ready to move, their surveyor (sorry, forgot his name!) came to our house assess our processions in person to give us an accurate tailored quote. We have had quotes from other removal companies through filling out endless forms or recording video messages. But we really appreciated Relocate's personal approach. It was also helpful for us to meet the company in person. On the removal days (day before for pre-loading and day of the move for the remaining), Relocate arrived punctually. They were friendly, yet professional and extremely efficient. They handled our furniture with care. They also provided us with good quality boxes without extra charge. We highly recommend them.

A very easy, pleasant, professional service from beginning to end. The quote visit to the move was seamless and the men were absolutely a delight to work with. They could not do enough. From the moment the movers arrived, I felt confident and relaxed in their abilities.

From the time we enquired Tracey and Kim helped make the process feel relaxed and will reply to any questions very quickly. We felt Relocate Removals and Storage will look at your needs and accommodate to suit. On the Removal day we had David and his team arrived on time, care of our property on both sides, asked questions and made sure they thought about everything to make the move go smoothly. Once everything was off the van they also made sure we checked as well. No damage occurred and furniture they took down like beds or chair legs were all put back and everything were placed in the correct place.

A brilliant experience and we will not have any issues recommending to others.

A 5 star service throughout our move. Bill the boss was friendly, very accommodating and helpful before our move. The quote was very reasonable and we went with the full packaging service. The guys came to pack up our stuff were friendly and professional. On the day of our move the guys all went above and beyond both dismantling and removing our belongings and then after a few hours sitting outside our new home waiting for keys, they quickly and efficiently put our belongings into the rooms we wanted. We would 100% recommend Relocate Removals, a great team!

It was a pleasure to work with Relocate Removals company. They made my move as stress free as possible. Kevin, Ben and Martin were fast, efficient, very careful with my belongings and patient. They helped to catch my escaped cat and saved a little bird who fell out from its nest. They even assembled back my bed and offered to hang my clothes in the wardrobe. Absolute gentlemen! Besides, the receptionist Tracey was very accommodating with the time as my exchange date and completion were a day apart. All in all, I would highly recommend the company. Huge thanks!

Our experience with Relocate Removals was excellent from the start. The guy who called to quote was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave us a lot of confidence in the company. We had a move from North London to Hertfordshire that became complicated when our sale and purchase couldn’t be coordinated on the same day although that wasn’t confirmed until the last minute. Bill was very good about making contingency plans, but they weren’t necessary in the end. It was the same team that moved us out of our house in November and into our new property in December. They were excellent as were the ladies in the office - polite and friendly. We definitely recommend using them to pack the kitchen - well worth it.

Moving my elderly mother as she was in need of more care. No compassion from this company whatsoever. Once they have your money all politeness goes out of the window. They will find a way to add extra charges. Items were scratched, damaged and broken which were pointed out and pictures taken by the company and noted to that effect. Not a word of acknowledgement since then. Complete con artists. Steer clear.

Moving is a stressful time and Relocate removed thats stress. They came the day before and packed up most of the house into boxes with designations on the boxes from where it had been packed . They came the next day and disassembled beds and wardrobes etc and loaded up with great efficiency and then drove over to the new house and waited until I had the key. They then preceded to reassamble beds etc and move the boxes into the rooms and garage as advised to them, This was done very quickly depsite the number of boxes. I can honestly say that they did a very professional and efficient job and say that the money I paid was totally worth it.

After a very traumatic exchange and completion the only sane part was dealing with Bill at Relocate Removals & Storage he went out of his way to make sure I moved and with the least stress. Great crew, clean, polite and hard working. I thank you for getting me to my new home safe and sound, great job 👏

The estimator and removal team both arrived over an hour early for scheduled appointments which was a huge inconvenience to me.

As lovely and efficient as they were, the removal team lacked personal hygiene; there was a strong stench of body odour, smoke and alcohol and to add insult to injury they packed up the hand wash and hand towel very early into the move, then proceeded to use the toilet without washing or sanitising their hands afterwards…

They had no details about the move other than the outbound and inbound addresses; they didn’t know which items were staying or going despite me having an in-depth 15 minute estimation with Rob over FaceTime.

There was also a lack of training and finesse, especially when handling personal care items such as tongue scrapers, make up brushes and expensive face creams, which were placed loosely in boxes with other items. Whilst unpacking I discovered that my camera tripod was broken.

For what I paid, I am extremely disappointed with the service. However I am grateful that I was able to get packed up and moved within 5 hours.

We paid for a two-day move, but, on the day, the team insisted completing in one day, so we had to rearrange work to cater for them. To rush the job, they wanted to move all of our belongings into the garage of our new house rather than into designated rooms, and they argued when we told them no. Several items of furniture were damaged, and the process for making a claim is very time-consuming (you have to send photos and quotes for repair by post). Our bannister was damaged as witnessed by my husband, but the team denied this and claimed it was damaged before the move. Team were rude on the day - rolling their eyes and tutting when we were checking the house prior to signing the forms (because they wanted to get going quickly). Team arrived with no tools so had to borrow ours (which had to be unpacked), and they refused to move items to the garden shed as they had not brought floor covers with them. They are very persistent in demanding all money before completing the job but mysteriously difficult to get hold of when you want to complain (one week - no response). All in all, they made the process of moving very difficult, and I would recommend you steer well clear!

Was moved a few days ago by relocate , was so surprised when 6 men and two lorries turned up , they loaded up so quickly with not one grumble , Marc and his team were so cheerful and made a stressful day so much better …a great bunch of guys who seemed to get on so well with each other and got the job done very well , not even a broken glass !
