I purchased two sets of reverse blade fans. both sets had a faulty fan where the top corner of the fan the RGB light was not functioning After contacting Redragon Shop, Mike responded to me quickly and gave me some troubleshooting tips which I followed. with that not working, I contacted Mike again which he responded promptly, and arranged a delivery of a new set! thank you very much Mike! will recommend Redragon to everyone!!!

I had a warranty issue with a speaker I had ordered on Amazon 9 months prior. Hazel, the customer service representative, was incredibly professional and concisely communicated troubleshooting steps to me. When the troubleshooting did not yield a positive result, Hazel wasted no time at all in setting me up with a replacement unit. It was delivered within a couple days and my entire experience only spanned about 5 days of back and forth emailing. Very happy.

These guys have definitely earned my loyalty! Firstly, customer service is A+. I left a question on a product page on their website, expecting to get a link to a Q&A page or pasted onto a forum. Instead, I received an email from a real human a few hours later, who answered my questions and was super polite.

I game every day, and got used to replacing my mouse after a year or so (maybe I'm an aggressive clicker, who knows). I've owned half a dozen Razer and Logitech mice.
When my last expensive big brand mouse gave up, my husband bought me an even fancier one, in hopes it would last.... it was WAY too big to be comfortable, and their other models seem to have grown in the past few years as well. I purchased Redragon purely because of their range of size/shape options, figuring NBD if this one died in a year since it was one of the cheapest in the store.
2.5 years later, this mouse still hasn't dropped a click, no issues tracking, color hasn't faded. It's got pretty close to the same specs, or close enough that I don't notice the difference. I keep it plugged in, so I can't attest to it's wireless features/response time, but that's more personal preference.

I just replaced my old Logi work setup with a new Redragon set. Again, I wasn't looking for this brand specifically, but they were the only one with the keyboard layout/size/features I wanted that wasn't priced astronomically - I paid about a quarter of the price of the other one I was considering (and got a mouse included). I really appreciate that their prices have stayed so affordable over the past few years, despite gaining more popularity. Honestly, I'm now looking for a reason to replace the rest of my gaming gear (though I'm starting to think this mouse might outlast me, so I won't be replacing her!).
10's all around, I'll definitely be converting others to this brand!

If you want to get into mechanical keyboards these guys are a great place to start!
My first mechanical keyboard was a K552, and it has been great over the years.
Customer service is also very fast and very good, I had an issue with a magnetic hall effect keyboard backlight, and they sent a new one very quickly!

For context, I ordered a gaming mouse from them in mid April. It was a nice wireless mouse, worked well, and had 12 side buttons (i liked it for multitasking)

Now a week or so ago, it stopped working. One of the side buttons just wouldn't work anymore. I emailed them. They sent a list of troubleshooting.

Sadly, troubleshooting didn't help. So I talked more on the topic and they narrowed it down to a hardware issue. And because of this, they agreed to send a replacement. Free of charge, no return of the original product even requested.

Point being, even being an entire month after I had purchased the mouse, they were still willing to let me get a replacement because a non-essential part broke.

Great customer service. While it did have an AI respondent it correctly escalated the issue without me having to even ask for a human manually.

The CS was pretty understanding, nice and helpful despite the harshly worded (valid) feedback. It shoud be implimented soon too, so im interested how thats going.
The mouse itself is good, took me by surprise that the buttons 1-12 are the same as on the keyboard, kinda hoped it was an additional set but thats just my opinion. Its also hard to describe so i wont continue that thought but how its working now is perfectly fine. Although there doesnt seem to be an option to actually set the fore button speed or i just dont feel the difference. I thought it would be a slider in the app making it a double tab, triple, quadruple.

The cheaper prices drew me in expecting middle ground quality on their keyboards. However I have been genuinely so surprised by the sturdiness and speed of what I've gotten so far. When my keyboard shipped, I had an initial issue with the software that came with it. However after contacting customer service, I had the best help any company has given me. As soon as their automated system detected that what it was giving wasn't helping, I was directed to a person immediately, and had a reply within an hour or two. The person there walked through my problem, eliminated possibilities, and gave me a simple solution within minutes. This company produces quality, affordable products, and genuinely cares that they work for the people who purchase them. Will absolutely be recommending RedDragon to everyone who needs decent, affordable equipment!!
