I love this mouse it is smooth and enjoy the RBG settings that it displays. Customers service was A1 since at first the software wasn't working for my model but a quick email to customer service and they send me the correct software for my M656 Max and all is well.

High quality keyboards and wonderful customer support . The keyboard I bought however, from amazon, the K668, did have some brownish gunk on the keycaps and on the board, but could easily be cleaned off with isopropyl alcohol.

I appreciate Redragons' support for helping me restore my M908 mouse after a firmware failure, even though the warranty period was over. I was even more surprised that they replied during the weekend.

He tenido un problema con dos ratones debido a que el software no era compatible con sistemas como xp y la verdad, el servicio de atencion al cliente a sido excepcional, pocos hay así que se tomen nuestros problemas con las compras tan en serio, un mouse como el impact 908SE, aparte que por el software he de devolverlo a pesar de mis pesares, es un mouse muy bonito, confortable y a vista de ojo muy decorativo en la mesa del pc con sus colores en blanco y negro. Tengo varios impact 908 de la edición anterior, y este si tiene su software para xp y la unica diferencia entre este y el SE es la comodidad y dpi.
Una de las cosas que valoro es que hayan sacado un teclado rgb (508) sin software y configurable totalmente por el mismo teclado, con sus macros, diversos colores y de esta manera garantizando la compatibilidad en sistemas como windows 2000 en adelante, claro esta que no nombro el 98 porque todos sabemos los graves problemas en los puertos usb.
Conclusión, buenos productos y gran soporte al cliente, no se puede pedir mas.
Para ayudar si se presta el caso, todo aquel que necesite un raton para juegos sea el sistema que sea, (excepto 98) el impact 908 es ideal, rapido, fiable, preciso y sin clicks fantasmas, el software configurable desde windows 2000 en adelante, su uso en sistemas antiguos esta mas que garantizado, por eso yo compre 2😁

I ordered a couple of gaming mice, one of which had a button malfunction, and Redragon was quick to troubleshoot and send out a replacement.

The mice are really good for the price point. The software is a little dated. You have to create profiles for each game you play before uploading them to the mouse. I hope that down the road, they can get software to automatically switch profiles across multiple games.

I am looking forward to trying out some of their different models. You can buy three mice for the price of one from a big-name brand.

I had ordered one keyboard for a gift and instead of just waiting on it forever they contacted me to let me know it was on backorder and gave me the option to choose another one. They made the price adjustment and placed the order but they went above and beyond and upgraded my shipment because of my original item being on backorder. They have contacted me multiple times so they have top notch customer service. The gift recipient was very pleased with the keyboard. Highly recommend this company on customer service alone.

My keyboard shift key wasn’t working properly. I had reached out and within 3 days they had shipped me one to replace it. Mike helped me out. He was really helpful throughout the process. Great customer support!

I was having trouble with a product I purchased from this company, so I sent in a support ticket. I had to force my way around the unhelpful "Reddragonshop AI Agent" before I could talk to a human support member, but it didn't take long for that to happen, and even less time for them to tell me how to solve my problem. Very prompt service, but the AI wasn't helping my frustration after doing my own troubleshooting for an hour.
