i was shipped a bad item and mike with their support was very helpful on checking to make sure it was broken before sending me a new one free of charge

The keyboard I bought was shipped to me with a couple of stains that were aparently a mistake from the manufacturing process. After contacting customer support, they initially offered partial refunds while allowing me to keep the keyboard, and yet despite my insistence on returning it, they offered a full refund, no return required. Great customer service, although I do feel a bit bad now 😅

The keyboard is fantastic. Great colour, materials feel and look expensive and it works well. They give you spare switches if any have any issues and their customer service is very helpful.

The service was exceptional; I experienced a delivery issue with my mouse order, and the support team resolved it flawlessly.

Their product are great for the price point and customer service is even better

The LEDs on my keyboard were breaking shortly after purchase within an hour of contact I had a replacement shipped to me everything was very easy and simple and straight to the point the support was some of the best I've had and I greatly appreciate it

So I recently brought the Redragon M690 PRO MIRAGE MOUSE. After 11 months of using the mouse it finally gave out. I was actullay surprised that it lasted 11 months, But either way I got the mouse replaced by warranty 😅 Just 1 more months and my warranty would've finished.

After explaining some issues with my keyboard, I reached out to redragon and within 24hours, they reached out to let me know based on my attempts to solve the issue my end, it was likely a fault in the board itself, they promptly sent out a replacement board. Top notch service.

I ordered a keyboard from Amazon, but a month later the wireless functionality stopped working. I contacted Redragon support and they walked me through some steps to try and fix the issue. After those steps didn’t result in functionality, they sent me a brand new one to replace it free of charge.

Die Redragon Tastatur ist sehr angenehm zu bedienen und der Klang gefällt mir gut. Für mich die beste Tastatur die ich je hatte, Preis/Leistung und Qualität sind außerordentlich gut. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Ausserdem hatte ich eine technische Frage an den Support - und der war sehr schnell, freundlich, kompetent und hilfreich. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl - ich bin begeistert !

Keyboard was cheap, but well made and sounded nice. When I encountered an issue, Chance with customer support was quick to respond. His messages were friendly and he replaced the keyboard at no added charge and didn’t require me to send the old one back.

He first guided me through some troubleshooting steps, and when the issue kept coming back, he arranged a replacement without any hassle, as it was still under warranty. i have been using their products for years now and the one thing i have to say is you cant beat their quality for the price. i have loved their stuff and their customer support is great. i had a problem with their product and i had an email from them with in minuits to try to help rectify the problem asap wich made me love them even more.

I had a lot of questions and sent a long explanation about it to the Customer Service. It was very surprising because a team member called Mike answered all of my questions. It was not a cliche wrote by AI, he was paying attention and reacted to my problems. It was a very enjoyable conversation between us, he helped me to make my buying decisions with mouse and keyboard as well. One of my best experience with Customers Services, thank you Mike!

This is my second Redragon mouse. I recently replaced my old Redragon mouse after more than five years of use, so I'd say their products are reliable.

I bought the Redragon M913 Max but couldn't find the correct driver on the website. I emailed customer support and got a reply within minutes. Mike was very helpful and sent me the driver I needed, and I was up and running.

Redragon makes great products that won't break the bank, and their customer service is just as good. I'm really happy with both the mouse and the support I received.
