Redragon has some stellar customer service. They honor their warranties without any 'gotchas,' and have some good troubleshooting assistance too.

Came well packaged, and has worked beautifully across the past 6+ months. I had a few switches give out 'early' but the set included four extra, and I change my keycaps pretty frequently.

I thought I had a problem with a missing dongle to the Redragon K585 PRO Wireless One-Handed Mechanical Keyboard. Customer service quickly responded and solved the issue. THE DONGLE IS UNDERNEATH AND INSIDE OF THE KEYBOARD ATTACHMENT.

I very much like the quality and features of my Redragon keyboard, but recently ran into a hardware issue and had to reach out to the support team. Mike in support was extremely responsive and helpful and followed up until my issue was fully resolved and I am extremely pleased with both the quality of the product and the support the team provided.

I had an issue with my original keyboard, but the customer support was outstanding from start to finish. A special thanks to Stephanie, who was always kind, professional, and genuinely committed to finding the best solution. My keyboard was replaced with an alternative model, and everything is working perfectly so far. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Amazing product, easy to clean and very nicely compact. I used to use a very large keyboard and since getting this having loads of desk space is fantastic and customer support is incredible.

Royal Kludge support is top notch. Not only do they make great keyboards, they listen to their customers.
I have had a need to contact their sales and tech support a couple of times to inquire about existing products and to ask about future products and they always respond quickly. They are always nice, knowledgeable and they work hard to make you happy. They've earned a loyal customer in me.
The best part is their products are top notch. Pickup a RK keyboard and try to twist or flex it. You can't.
The other thing I really like about RK is that they are always coming out with new products which shows they are in it for the long haul. There's always a new product release just around the corner. I really hope they make one of the keyboards I had sent them a suggestion for. I'm immediately buying 2-3 of them if they do!
Anyway you can't go wrong with a RK keyboard and if for some odd reason you are unhappy or have a problem, you can take solace in the fact that they are going to help sort it out.
Oh they also don't try to overcharge you for extra things, for example I wanted an extra set of keycaps in a particular color. They weren't made specifically for my model of keyboard and a couple of the keys would not fit my KB but I still wanted them because I wasn't concerned with the two keys the new set wouldn't fit. The CSR didn't flat out tell me no they wouldn't work. They spoke to the technical dept, found out the exact differences and relayed that info to me within an hour or two. They could have very easily just said "Sorry the keys won't work for you" and blew me off. In the end, they sent me an entire new set for $10 shipped. Other companies have tried to charge me $25 for the same type of thing.

Good balance price/quality.
I had a problem with a mouse and they solved it super fast.

My programmable mouse stopped working and I reached out to customer service to see if I could reset it, when that was clear that that wouldn't happen, they arranged to send me a new mouse without my I've been asking. I didn't even know there was a warranty. Over all very happy with the customer service experience

Prompt, courteous support when I had an issue with one of their products.

Purchased K686HE keyboard and had a problem with the backlight, their customer service accomodate my concern and replaced the unit immediately.

I bought the "Redragon Devarajas K556 SE", and i love it, the sound, the feel, everything. the reason i only gave 4 stars is because all of the drivers dont work for the k556, EXCEPT for the "Devarajas K556 SE (Sakura pink

I have a redragon Keyboard model K580 Pro. The keyboard itself is fantastic and works great. I recenlt lost a keycap while moving my equipment. I wanted to replace the keycap and buy some additional spares, Redragon worked with me and provided to aftermarket options that work great for my model keyboard. Their customer service as exceptional with very fast response times. Although they do not sell the replacement keycaps, they provided alternative options to meet me needs.

Good customer service, it is pleasant the company is interested in our experience and has people dedicated to improve that experience.

Look, I'ma be real with you... My aiming was trash in fps. Couldn't land a headshot to save my soul. I have a great mouse and have gamed for years. So what was the issue..... I lacked a mouse pad and I couldn't just settle for any mouse pad thou. Selecting a mouse pad is a commitment. You'll only use that mouse pad for a long time, hell maybe even the rest of your life. I had to make sure my mouse glided smoothly, I had to make sure it was the right size and that the design was fire. So my search began and as I scoured the internet for different potential partners ...which is when I met eisa, the only mouse pad for me! I can say my shots have improved! Now I only miss 2/3rd of my shots! My mouse doesn't get caught on imperfection on the table. I'm so ready for this long committed relationship with this mouse pad and the reddragon support team that have been nothing but a pleasure. The last few interactions what a family I am joining! So pleased with my waifu. It'll look great next to my battle ready gear! Thank you redragon for this amazing product.

I purchased a keyboard and the overall functionality was great in terms of keystrokes registering, but the RGB lights began to flicker every now and then.
I reached out to Redragon with the problem and they immediately sent me a brand new keyboard free of charge. The replacement has been working great. The customer service agents were very professional and prompt.
