The worst keyboard I've ever bought from them: the Redragon K617 Fizz.
The keys are insane. Sometimes when you type a key, the keyboard "sleeps" and keeps typing that key multiple times, and that's not just for one key — it happens with almost every key.
Also, because the keyboard has changeable red switch keys, it's so hard to switch out a single key — literally, I'm not even joking. And on top of that, sometimes while you're playing (or typing?), the keyboard changes colors for no reason.
As for the build quality, it's not that bad for the price.
Still, nothing has changed — support isn't doing anything to help, and the issue is a product quality problem from the beginning. I wish I hadn't wasted that money on this brand. Anyway, both the product and the support deserve 2 stars, 3 at most.
In the end, I will never buy any product from them again, near future or far a normal keyboard is better than this one

Customer service was great. First contact there was an automated bot and it was somewhat helpful. But then a real person emailed back and forth with me, trying to help with great response time. Products are great and customer support is amazing.

I submitted a ticket about a defective keyboard, and not only were the responses prompt, but they were also incredibly kind. A big shoutout to Mike for being so understanding and quick to solve my issue! :)

I ordered a keyboard from Amazon and the software wasn’t working. I emailed their customer support and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had from an online business. They responded extremely rapidly to all emails, often within the hour, and ultimately resolved the problem.

I got a person to help me from Redragon Support very quickly, and every time I responded to them by email they responded back very quickly. This was for a problem with programming buttons for a mouse device. When we couldn't easily fix the issue, they sent me a replacement device without any delay, which impressed me. By comparison, I had a mouse device from Razer a couple years ago that had a button fail on it while under warranty, and despite a support ticket to them they refused to address the issue and send me a replacement - they failed to honor the warranty! I was considering buying an expensive laptop and other devices from them, but since then I have not purchased anything from them again, nor will I ever. Good job Redragon!

I bought the galatin pro K719(the azerty version), the product itself is perfect and keeps every promise. Now I ran the wrong software on it (the software for the qwerty version) and it stopped working, but customer service was very professional and helped me restore it and now it's working perfectly again.

Needed help with finding/downloading new keyboard software and Support helped me in a timely and efficient manner.

I thought I would try out a mechanical keyboard and Redragon was the brand I choose. Great chose. Decided to upgrade to a RGB keyboard and got the 762 and could not find the English version of the instructions so I reached out to their support and it was been a wonderful experience. Thank you. Great keyboard also.

I love Redragon products, they are the best when you consider features/quality/price, they are unbeatable.
I had a small issue with a keyboard I got, and after checking with customer support they just sent me a brand new one.

I have had my red dragon keypad for about a year and have loved it. It started acting a little funky and some of my custom macros started not working right and when I try to modify them in the software it would give me an error and I couldn’t change any settings. Got ahold of support and they had my try a few things but ultimately ended up having me reflash the firmware on it. All the problems were gone and it worked perfectly again. Support was very helpful and very fast to respond i was very satisfied with the support team and love the product.

The customer service is amazing the replies were quick and they understood and solved my situation effortlessly.
