Ho comprato una tastiera Redragon Devarajas K556 RGB. La tastiera e' straordinariamente bella. Massiccia, solida, pesante. La ricomprerei 100 volte. Il tocco dei tasti è notevole, senza il fastidioso “click” di molte tastiere meccaniche.
Ma il vero valore aggiunto è l’assistenza post-vendita e il supporto al cliente, il MIGLIORE che abbia mai visto!
Ho avuto un problemino di disconnessione random della mia tastiera. Ho segnalato la questione al supporto tecnico e ho avuto risposta IMMEDIATA. I tecnici hanno fatto il possibile per aiutarmi, e mi hanno chiesto di effettuare alcuni test per escludere alcune cause.
Purtroppo il problema ha continuato a presentarsi, sebbene ogni tanto, per cui l’Azienda mi ha inviato una tastiera nuova fiammante in sostituzione. Spedizione velocissima. La nuova tastiera è perfetta.
Ringrazio in particolare il Sig. Mike, del team Redragon Customer Service, che è stato il mio interlocutore: cortese, preciso, competente.

Red Dragon Shop offers a decent overall experience. The service is straightforward, and the process was fairly smooth.

I have bought a S168 keyboard and mouse combo just a month ago. I've been enjoying it very much, though my mouse captor's lens went loose. I hear rattling when I move the mouse quickly and the captor acts oddly.

So I contacted the customer service, and within 4 emails, all in less than 24 hours, my problem was fixed with a reimbursement.

That's the most efficient customer service I have ever dealt with.

My original speakers failed, and I needed something quick. So I found the Redragon speakers at a retailer near me and bought them - looked great, price was right in my budget. Noticed that there was no built-in EQ, nothing about an app to use.

Excellent experience with customer service. I contacted them and got a response within 24 hours. Once failure was determined, the process was straight forward. Sent them what they needed and they honored the warranty. No run arounds, no excuses, no making me jump through hoops or making it difficult to get a repair/replacement. Not only that, the replacement came fairly quickly as well, didn't have to wait a week or weeks. 2 days, I had the replacement mouse. Other redragon products are working great despite the crazy amount of usage. Good products, good prices and great service, Redragon is now my first go-to for pc gaming needs!

Bought a wireless keyboard which has been great until it stopped working wirelessly. I contacted support who have been so prompt with their help. Keyboard still didn’t work and was quickly offered a replacement or refund. Fantastic customer service and great products. Would recommend and have already done so to family and friends

I had an issue with the RGB lights flickering. I reached out to customer service and they were quick and sent me a brand-new one for free!

Had an Issue with the lighting on my keyboard, I sent their support team a video of what was going on and they responded very quickly, and better yet they sent me a whole replacement for free!
