Fast delivery (DPD) and great value Barbours compared to MRP.

10/10 cannot recommend Red Rae high enough. I was a little wary at first because the website is not the most modern and the prices are so good, however Johnny and his team are incredibly kind and their customer service is out of this world. They went out of their way to help me pick the right size jacket for a surprise Xmas gift for my husband and we’re incredibly patient with my questions. I was only ordering one coat - they didn’t have to give me the amount of personal attention, however they did and that’s why I will definitely be using Red Rae again in the future.

Ordered a men's Barbour coat and was extremely impressed by their quick and efficient service. Would definitely order from them in the future.

Having tried on for size a Barbour jacket at a local store I went home to consider the option of purchasing 1 online. When I came across this site I thought that it must be too good to be true so looked at the reviews including contacting John before going ahead with my purchase. Jacket arrived Today, a massive £96 cheaper with a pot of Barbour wax included!

Usually skeptical of 5* reviews, however I must point out the incredible service received from Johnny at Red Rae.

Upon returning an item for a larger size, I speculatively emailed RR as to the possibility of receiving the exchange in short order. Owner Johnny went out of his way to call me, advising that my replacement would be with me the very next day. Rarely have I seen such positive, selfless customer service, particularly when combined with competitive pricing. Thank you, Johnny and Red Rae!

First order with Red Rae. Bought Barbour jacket, Barbour gilet and received a free Barbour tee plus 10% discount. Had to exchange the jacket as it was too big but received it’s replacement promptly. Lovely items at very good prices and excellent service, would recommend.

Lovely to find my boots at a good price from what happened to be a local company. Fantastic service. So pleased they use DPD rather than one of the dubious courier companies.

I was a bit sceptical about buying from Red Rae a) because I'd never heard of them before and b) because of some of the reviews on trust pilot about their customer service. But I have to say I've had an excellent experience buying from them. I purchased a Barbour jumper in the sale £20 off and got an extra 10% off for being a first time customer and free delivery by DPD (which is always excellent). Ordered it on Wednesday and it has just arrived this morning 2 days later. Couldn't be more happy. Thank you Red Rae.

Received my coat today over the moon with it, quick delivery, over 50 pounds cheaper than in the stores.
Can't wait to order from you again.

Ordered a Barbour wax jacket at a heavily discounted price, free hood included. Delivery was super fast. I highly recommend this company and will buy from them again. Well done Redrae!

I ordered a Barbour Corbridge wax jacket from RedRae, It was delivered quickly, but as I had ordered the wrong size it had to be returned, and it was exchanged for a larger size no hassle at all. Once again it was delivered quickly. An absolute gem of a jacket and at a very competitive price and the service was outstanding.

Was sceptical initially because of their super low prices, but it's legit and really an amazing service. Took two days from making the booking to arrive to Northern Ireland. Free hood and costs about half of what it goes for on the high street here. Would highly recommend. Don't expect the same level of correspondence with them as you may expect from more glamorous and expensive websites though. Super cheap prices inevitably leads to corners being cut elsewhere.

Red Rae...keep your inventory file up to date. There’s no point in accepting orders when you don’t have the stock. It just annoys the customers.

I have been e mailing since last Friday, May 14th, with no reply to date, also telephoning with a recorded message , stating to call back or e mail, I was thinking of ordering, an item, all I wanted to know was which courier service do the company use, , I assumed by now a reply to the e mail would have been received ,

Order placed on Saturday, arrived Tuesday. Well packaged, great discounted price, and with bonus hood.

I purchased a Barbour Gilet with next day delivery, but did not receive it after the order was acknowledged. DIsapointing, and no explanation given. I cancelled the order 4 days later.

Ordered a Barbour Northumbria jacket which arrived today. Also received a free Barbour hood to match the jacket, which I appreciated.
Quick delivery with a tracking number received from the courier the day befor delivery.
Overall an easy transaction.
I've bought a few Barbour jackets over many years, but I'd never heard of Red Rae until last week.
If I bought the jacket and hood direct from Barbour, it would have cost not far off £300. I paid Red Rae £180.
I will definitely use this shop again.

Ordered a Barbour jacket to Sweden on Feb 20th. After some trouble with the shipping (did not receive any tracking ID etc.), I got hold of Johnny and found out it had been shipped. Unfortunately the jacket didn't make it through Swedish Customs and was sent back.

After contact with Johnny regarding the jacket's faith, I was sent a refund despite him not receiving the jacket back, which was HIGHLY appreciated as a poor student.

Excellent customer service once I managed to get hold of Johnny at RedRae. It can be tricky with UK-->SWE deliveries post Brexit which need to be taken into account.

All in all, thankful for Johnny's excellent customer service and I will for sure order from RedRae again once it is more secure ordering from the UK. 4/5 review because of the slightly lacking customs declaration as the jacket didn't make it through.
