I ordered barbour corbridge on monday morning over the phone with jonny, arrived by dpd Tuesday lunchtime. Well pleased with jacket, great service and was £100 cheaper than my local stockist .

Brilliant customer service and quick to respond to emails regarding stock availability. And sent my Barbour jacket the same day as ordered and I recieved the next day. I could not recommend them more highly, and probably the lowest prices for most of the brands they sell, no point looking at other online websites. Plus it is a family run business that cares about your order. Bravo Johnny and team !

Purchased a Barbour quilted jacket at an excellent price and received free, next day delivery. Recommended.

Be cautious – it’s not advisable to risk your money on this.

I’ve been trying to contact Red Rae for over a week now. Their phone lines play a recorded message about high call volumes (which isn’t surprising if they’re offering Barbour jackets at such low prices), but no one is answering calls.

I also attempted to email them and received the following undeliverable notice:
*There was a temporary problem delivering your message to xxxx. Mail will retry for 46 more hours, and you’ll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. Code: SERVFAIL.

In short, they’re not answering the phone, and their email server is down, so messages aren't getting through.

Purchase at your own risk, as obtaining a refund could be very difficult.

Another victim of the phantom stock issue here. Its a shame as when people can get merchandise they seem pretty happy. If Red Rae could invest some time to deal with this I think it would serve them (and us!) well.

So pleased with my order from Red Rae. Fast delivery, packaged well and great price. Had a nice chat with Johnny on the phone to confirm delivery. A very nice family run business x

There is no communication from this Company after payment, no answer on the phone, don't reply to e-mails and no despatch confirmation BUT....I did receive my coat within 1 week of ordering, it was the only one I could find in the UK and was a very good price so happy.

Ordered a Barbour jacket from Red Rae and the following day got an email to say it's out of stock. I had read the reviews that stating they were selling items they didn't have in stock but I thought I would give them a try as it could be a one off. I try and give family businesses my custom but unfortunately on this occasion I was let down and the poor reviews were true.

Ordered some Le Chameau wellies as a gift. They had stock and offered a discount, which is a rare thing for Le Chameau stockists. The free delivery service brought them the next day and everything looks perfect. Thank you Red Rae, I am very pleased!

No stock, no communication. Complete waste of time. Took days to get a response. Don’t use this company, use a reputable business instead.

My partner wanted a Barbour corbridge jacket, and came across this site while browsing on line.
The choice and price was great, and the jacket was around £80 cheaper than from the Barbour store.
As I'd never heard of this company I looked on trust pilot and found reviews were very good.
Confident that it was a legitimate Company I ordered the jacket on a Monday lunchtime.
I got an email acknowledgement of my purchase and waited for further communication about delivery.
The following day I received a text that the jacket would be delivered between 11am and 12.
The driver arrived at 11.10am with the jacket.
It's absolutely perfect and exactly what he's been looking for.
The olive is a browny/ dark green shade and the jacket is very smart.
It also came with a tin of wax, which was a special offer.
The service has been fantastic and the quality of the jacket is superb.
I cannot fault this company and we are really impressed.

Superb service from Redrae, ordered a Barbour Corbridge Jacket in Navy from them, arrived fairly quickly, gentleman on service explained awaiting shipment from Barbour on this product, great demand slowing dispatch times . But arrived within 10 days as promised. The jacket is the best coat ever owned, if you are thinking of buying a Corbridge Jacket do so , you want be disappointed. Lots of pockets for storing things like dog biscuits on along walk! The quality is fantastic,this coat is a cross between country necessity and town style. It is the Range Rover Vogue of the winter jacket world. Need I say more.

Took precaution of emailing to check they had what I wanted. Quick reply and offer to hold item for me if I was intending to purchase now, which I think was very fair.
Within minutes of ordering I recurved not just the obligatory email to say my order had been processed but an email to say it would be on its way. Arrived following morning. Brilliant service and very pleased with the Barbour Jacket I got for my husband.

Barbour Corbridge black. This is my second Barbour. I have a charcoal Barbour International Duke 8 oz size XL which is a fantastic fit.
So after calling the owner of Red Rae and asking his advice on the sizing of the Corbridge he recommended a XXL. He was spot on and it fits perfectly like my Duke. Arrived within 3 days.
Great price, fabulous seller and even a free tin of wax. Thanks Red Rae I will be back.

I, like others, was initially a little wary about ordering from Red Rae because their prices seemed too good to be true and their website was a little clunky. I also tried to contact them a couple of times prior to ordering to ensure they had my item in stock but never managed to speak to anyone (Admittedly I didn't try emailing). I took the plunge and ordered anyway and I'm so pleased I did!

I placed my order for a Barbour Corbridge Rustic Jacket at 2pm yesterday afternoon and it arrived via DPD at 10am this morning - how's that for service!! It was adequately packaged, all genuine tags etc and a free tin of wax, all for £88 less than the MRP! I have no hesitation in recommending them with 5 stars and would certainly use them again in the future.

I only received one email from them initially to say my order was in processing and no further confirmation or dispatch notice but I didn't care once I received a text from DPD this morning giving me my 1-hour delivery slot! So don't be put off by their slightly clunky website or their minimal communication - they're probably just busy being extremely competitive and dispatching orders fast!

I can't comment on how good their customer service is if you order the incorrect size or your item arrives damaged and you need to organise a return but I certainly can't fault them from my experience. Many thanks Red Rae!!

Took a leap of faith ordering online from Ireland. The coat ended up in Angola!! for some reason so took over a month to get it back and I seemed to have to pay extra to get it out of Fedex. Coat arrived finally and a had a flipping hole in it!! Slow to respond to any of my emails or even find a resolution.

Just ordered a Barbour jacket that was in stock. However on enquiring about despatch and tracking details, got an email saying don’t have in-stock. Appears there inventory system and order processing don’t work synchronously. Perhaps just putting items in-stock making people order and when it comes to despatch - they don’t have in stock.

I do wonder if they are an authorised stockist or stockist at all. Perhaps order back/to-back when they get orders from customers.

Anyways bad taste. Not trust worthy and dependable.

Ordered a Barbour Sapper on December 28th. arrived on the 31st. Brilliant service, well fitting jacket, well below MRP and quickly delivered. What more could you ask for? Thanks.
