I came upon the RecellExchange by accident. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I accidentally left my Samsung Galaxy Buds in a pocket and they went through the washer. Needless to say, they were kaput. When I looked at RecellExchange, I saw the deals on replacements, I took a chance and ordered. Within a few days (faster than expected), I had a replacement pair of buds. When ordering, I chose a color (lavender and violet) and thought I was ordering two different colors but when the buds arrived, I had an exact matching pair. Perfect. That means someone took the time to pay attention to make the correct choice.
The detailed instructions on how to put the replacement Buds into use was very clear and concise. My experience in getting the Buds to work was not seamless but it was fun repeating the steps to get it to work as expected. Please follow the instructions exactly as written.
I am very pleased with my replacement Buds.

Replacement may have damaged my case
Overall, the reviews were positive, so I ordered a replacement right AirPod for my 4th Gen NON-ANC Apple AirPods. The case and left ear had been working fine but as I use them for work, I was tired of only having one. Ordering was easy and shipping quick. It was the right product, however after several attempts I could not get them to pair with my phone. I tried all their recommended fixes to troubleshot 2-3 times with no success. I then removed the purchased right AirPod and went back to pair my original left. It will no longer connect. Again, I tried all the troubleshooting recommendations. I reached out to customer support, the phone number listed on the invoice is disconnected. I sent an email and received a professional response asking me to try the troubleshooting recommendations. I had already wasted over 2 hours trying them with no success. After explaining the above, they offered a refund after I shipped the AirPod back to them. That is great but I am out my original AirPod and feel the one they sold me contributed to that as they worked for weeks before getting the replacement AirPod. I had to go buy a whole new pair as I need them for work. Disappointing and costly, I will not order from them again nor recommend them.

We'd like to clarify that we responded to each of your emails and worked with you throughout the troubleshooting process. After the recommended pairing steps didn't resolve the issue, we offered a full refund upon return of the replacement AirPod in accordance with our warranty policy.
While we understand why it may have seemed that the replacement caused your original AirPod to stop connecting, we've never encountered a replacement earbud permanently damaging another genuine Apple AirPod. Pairing issues can sometimes occur during the reset process, and unfortunately there are cases where an existing issue only becomes apparent when the pairing sequence is restarted.
That said, we genuinely regret that the troubleshooting did not resolve the problem and that you ultimately needed to purchase a new set. We appreciate that you gave us the opportunity to assist, and we're sorry we weren't able to provide the outcome you were hoping for.

Ordered first or second generation…
Ordered first or second generation Apple Ear pods. Received them and the left Ear Pod would not hold a charge more than two minutes. Returned them and purchased new Ear Pods from Apple. Quite disappointed that they sent me a defective product.

I ordered L and R Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds. I've bought before and they've all been great. This time, though, the R battery dies very fast, long before the L one which keeps going for long after the R dies.
