I recently noticed that the AirPods I have now, the case itself had been starting to show some signs of wear and tear.

I use them constantly, throwing them into my already chaotic purse…always in a hurry..I realize I’d have to soon replace them if I didn’t protect them better.

This company offers very affordable prices for cases. The one I ordered was blue, it came with a cleaning wand, one that I’d never imagined I’d need. It worked great!

Shipping was extremely fast as well. Will be back on here for more gadgets!

Where do I start? The item they sent me is defective. I email support and they respond once asking for email address and phone number. I quickly respond and left unread. They don’t respond to my emails. I have to send follow up emails asking them to please send me a return label so that I can return my defective item for a refund. It takes them days probably would be longer. If I didn’t follow up they’ll send one email and again basically ghost all I wanna do is send my item back for a refund, but even if I send it back. I feel like they’re just gonna keep my money. Keep a defective AirPod and keep screwing people around. This is the worst business model I’ve ever seen. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I do not recommend this company. Save your money. Save your time. Save your frustrations and order somewhere else or brand new.

Thought I ordered the wrong part so I emailed their support team. They were so quick to respond and helped me figure out that I actually had the right part, I was just pairing it wrong. Would order from them again.

I ordered a case for my airpods and wasn’t working, i contacted customer support and they sent me the replacement right away and the return label for the defective case… now i got my airpods working again❤️

My OEM AirPod 2 Pro case was damaged. I tried finding a replacement through Amazon and bought not 1 but 2 knock offs that barely worked. Not to mention the inability to update firmware. Apple support said that a replacement was not supports so I had to look elsewhere. Thankfully I found Recell Exchange. I admit I was a bit skeptical after the Amazon burns but Recell came though brilliantly! Fast shipping and the case is PERFECT! All at a reasonable price (unlike Apple would have been). I'm extremely pleased. I will continue to shop with Recell Exchange and recommend them to friends.

This is the 2nd time I’ve made a purchase through ReCell and both were excellent.

The first time was to purchase a set of Gen 2 AirPods. I use them a lot and don’t like the Gen 3 and 4 sets so wanted a second set, but they were no longer being made by Apple. Even though the ones I bought were refurbished, they are still working like a charm.

This time I purchased a right ear bud for my original pair of AirPods. I received it promptly and was able to pair it without any difficulty. I’ve only had it a couple days so if anything changes, I’ll update my review.

horrible if I can give zero stars I would. I was sent the wrong ítem for the second time after giving them my model # I have 2 right earbuds. one that is a galaxybuds+ and also the galaxy buds fe. I need to return time is of the essence and I can't get a refund these cost alot it wasn't my fault your team of alleged experts telling me it is a model type that was incorrect. I need a response and a label to send it back the order numbers are #228643 and #231666. I've been trying to get this taken care of since June 14, 2026

I lost my earbud charging case on a plane and was able to find a genuine Apple case for my earbud model at Resell Exchange for a fraction of the cost of a new one. It came quickly along with great instructions for pairing with my earbuds and phone. I was up and running again quickly. Everything is working great! Great customer service to make sure everything was working for me. (I initially heard about Recell Exchange through ChatGPT.)

I ordered some Shokz from this vendor. The headset arrived DOA, would not charge after 24 hours after trying multiple chargers. Contacted customer service, they told me to return for warranty claim. They charged me shipping even though it was not a normal return but a warranty return. I still have not gotten a refund, even though they scheduled return shipping. Wont risk this again,
