Got a replacement beats fit pro ear bud after mine fell in a sewer. Arrived quickly and works perfectly so far. Very happy that I could replace it rather than purchasing a whole new set.

Easy buying experience and great product. Saved a lot by buying just one replacement. I bought the wrong one at first and the replacement process was simple.

Terrible - scam avoid them altogether. Sent me the wrong generation of ear pod. System won't let you interact effectively. Wanted refund. Then refund 30% for THEIR mistake. Chinese crap.

I can't review something i never got, it didn't got delivered to my house, i contacted costumer service to see if they can help me with the shipping company or something, all i got was a " please check the surroundings areas" and then i got ghosted

The customer service is amazing! Very responsive and polite, and helpful. Though, I didn't successfully acquire the products I need due to issues on my end, I would highly recommend this store! Very professional, you won't disappoint.

Got the wrong item at first. But recell made it right and got my replacement to me within a couple days. Very impressed. Earbuds are in fantastic shape and have great battery life. Will definitely do business with recell again!

They product was packaged and prepared to ship in less than hour. I got a notification that it had shipped the next morning and I received it in a couple days. It has worked great since I received, charged, and connected it to my phone.

Unfortunately, purchased the wrong case for my AirPods, but RecellExchange made it easy.

They're ordering process was a nightmare and I'm unable to make any changes to the order. There was Zero customer service. If you order from these guys know that you're committed there's nothing you can do about it after you ordered you cannot cancel you cannot get a refund you can go through the motions of it but nothing will happen and nobody will communicate with you.
Then the answer here that they did not receive the emails and I would send the screenshots to them right here if I could but just pilot doesn't allow that. Nevertheless stay far away from these people do not order from them

Just don't. I ordered a set of Airpods in supposed excellent condition. One would die instantly. They instructed me to return the set and that they would send an entire new set. My package comes and it is just a case with no Airpods inside. They tell me, no worries, we'll just send the Airpods now. They do. Mic doesn't work. I let them know. They say, no worries, send just the pods back and we'll send you a new set of pods. They do, mic doesn't work again!! They tell me I can return everything, but here's the issue. The timeframe for returning the original order is up at this point, and because they sent the pods separately (in an order that says it costs zero dollars), returning them gives me zero dollars. They tell me, no worries, return the entire set and just include a note explaining and you'll get your refund. It's been 5 months. No refund. Every time you send a message you get a useless response from an AI bot. I am so fed up and want my money back, and it's nearly impossible to speak to anyone there. And even if you do, they make false promises they won't keep. TLDR: They sent me multiple faulty items and still have not refunded me despite claiming they will.

I love my Beats Pro 1st edition. I have my original and my spare. Unfortunately, the left is apparently a fave for me. I lost both left sides ear pieces. I was completely bummed. my husband bought the newest beats for my an orange pair. They are incredibly UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I cant keep it in my ear very long. Im trying to keep my original beats pro until something as good and comfortable comes along!!!

I have posted a request twice looking for assistance with pairing a second replacement of a headphone. Since receiving the replacement I have not been able to pair. Now the good bud no longer works

I purchased a 2nd generation left AirPod replacement last October and recently started experiencing rapid battery drain after 20 minutes. I reached out to their support team to see if it was still covered on warranty, and I was told it was. I submitted a warranty claim and mailed the faulty AirPod back. I then received an email from the Ops Manager, Armando, that my claim was denied due to rapid battery drain not being covered on the 1 year warranty. Apparently there was some confusion with the details of the warranty terms that was communicated to me, but Armando wanted to show that they appreciate my patronage and sent me a replacement free of charge. Great business!
