I have a set of AirPod Pro Gen 1 and the left airpod was crackling when using transparency. I found out I could order just the replacement left airpod instead of throwing these away and found RecellExchange. I got a replacement for about $55 with shipping. This came to my house in about 3 days. They also included pairing instructions on a little card (which I appreciated). The pairing worked perfectly. The new airpod worked perfectly. Very happy with this product.

I purchased a set of replacement Galaxy Buds Pro 2, because I lost my original left bud and my right bud had been dropped in the past and wasn't performing properly. I recieved the full set extremely quickly and visually they were both immaculate. Unfortuately, the right side didn't sound much better than my original broken right side, the replacement sent for my missing left bud was like a brand new one. Upon contacting ReCellExchange and telling them breifly in the contact form my issue, they immediately provided me with a QR code for a prepaid return shipping label and instantly sent out another right side replacement. Even though I dropped off the return bud within two hours, they still got the replacement to me before the bud got back to them... Unfortunately, the second replacement also had an issue, this time with the battery holding a charge, and I didn't notice it until after a few days of usage. Once again ReCellExchange was a delight to work with, and they provided the same super fast, no questions asked (beyond describing the issue I was having each time), instant exchange service that I recieved with the first issue. I now have a full set of perfectly functioning Galaxy Buds 2 Pros again thanks to ReCellExchange, and I am very happy about that. I know that sometimes there are issues with even a brand new product, so I can't hold it against them that I had a few issues initially, but what matters most to me is that they stood by the guarantee and continued to replace the product until I was satisfied. Not to mention they did it extemely quickly and the process was super easy. For that I give them 5 stars, and would recommend using ReCellExchange to anyone I know in need of affordable, genuine, replacement electronic parts! A+

Initially I was frustrated because I asked for a left earbud replacement and clearly received a right earbud. The package and the order said left and the actual earbud had an R on it. BUT they very quickly responded to their mistake when I called and I was sent a rushed free delivery of the correct earbud in a few days. I appreciated the effort and dedication of the customer service provider I spoke to.

I was so upset when I dropped my ear buds case and watched as the riding mower rode over it. I'm still finding pieces in the yard. I didn't want to have to buy new ear buds so I checked to see if I could just get the case. Thank goodness I found Recell! I was able to get a used case that was in excellent condition! It arrived so fast I had it just in time to cut the grass again.
