DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I would give them 0 stars if possible. Ordered an outfit two weeks prior to ultra. They confirmed the order, charged me $80 and marked the item as shipped. After waiting for my outfit to arrive last minute I finally emailed them. Only then one day before my trip did they tell me they were out of stock and couldn’t ship the item. Didn’t even offer anything else for me. I tried emailing again several times still with no response asking why they failed to inform me and still haven’t heard back. I will never order from this site again and you shouldn’t either. Rave ready or amazon are way more reliable..

TOTAL SCAM!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!! OR THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA!!! If there was anything lower than a 1star like maybe negatives then that's what they deserve! Their customer service it THE WORST! I wish I would've done my research on this website before hand. I got so excited with the outfit I saw that I just decided to go for it. They sent an email saying they sent my order in two separate packages but only gave me one tracking number . I emailed their customer service for an update on my order and the missing tracking number and I got no response, so thats when I decided to read the reviews and check out their social media.
All the negative reviews are absolutely true! Currently Experiencing what most say, the positive ones are most likely fake! I was reading the positive reviews and all were written days apart and I find it so strange that all user's profile pictures are dogs or random objects...

The only thing I received from this website was a pair of pastes and they're so weird and abnormally huge!!!

As for their social media all post are fake, they take photos form people and give themselves credit for other sites merchandise.

Also tried commenting on their posts to see if I would get an answer from them and all they did was delete my comments. I saw someone else comment on one of their pictures asking about their packages and their comment was also deleted..
WILL file a fraud dispute with my bank and call the BBB/ Attorney General HOPEFULLY their website gets shut down and I hope I, as well as many others get their money back...

We placed an order on 2/24. The status has said “shipped directly on 2/25” since the day we ordered it. We have not received the order, a confirmation number or any response to our inquiries via your website. My daughter is attending an event this weekend on her birthday and is devastated her outfit won’t arrive in time. We don’t have an alternative for her so this is absolutely terrible.

The whole point of customer service is to answer customer questions. I now see some one else is going through exactly what I am. I ordered a top on the 28 it said shipped the 01 no tracking number or other information. If I do not receive a tracking number or my order by Friday I will be disputing this charge with my bank as I’ve paid for this. Whatever positive reviews this site has must be the terrible customer service reps giving themselves an ego boost

Don't buy from them. It's a scam. I'm going to he disputing the charges with my bank. I have tried contacting this company, all you can do is send a message and they don't even reply. Terrible customer service. My order ZNFISOULG has not shown up, got no shipment conformation or tracking number.
Heads up, if you are going to run a company, give me a damn tracking number, and have a phone number or live chat for customer service.

I ordered two items on 2/19/18 for an upcoming event and I only received one item on 2/26/18 with no tracking on my second item, alien bodysuit. I would like a refund or my item delivered asap but no one wants to respond to my email on customer help. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering..

I ordered one pair of leggings for a festival and emailed them to try and get an estimated delivery date, no response! I NEVER leave reviews but after reading these reviews I figured I would. I know when my order was placed and I have a feeling if they respond they will come back with a response saying package was lost or refused and shipped already. If I get back from the festival and they are not there, I will file a dispute with the charges on my account through the bank so I don’t have to deal with awful customer service... I mean the nonexistent customer service. Seems like they are for stealing people’s money and making them wait an extended period of time to receive their order of it is ever received. I will stick to other websites who like to keep their customers happy. I give exceptional customer service at my job and expect the same in return. So no “Dannngg Rebecca 1 star?!” Um yeah because you all obviously don’t know how to run a business. More like scam artist. Same with my friend, she ordered a handful of stuff for the festival before I did and she also hasn’t received anything. My order number is: NJGSNPNQY ... I’m leaving that for humor reasons, since I know I’ll get a predictable generic response.

I ordered a few outfits almost a month ago... still haven’t received my order. I’ve emiled to figure out what is taking so long and no reply. I need my order!! I shop online from you guys every year and it’s never taken this long. Love your clothes but service and delivery takes way too long....

I was very hesitant to order from this site after reading all the bad reviews, I received no tracking number and no confimation that my order had been shipped. Finally today I received a package however only HALF MY ORDER CAME??!!! Really unhappy with this and after multiple attempts at "contacting" raveready through their online contact form, I have heard nothing. So disappointed and really want the rest of my order. What is going on?

Absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered a $100 outfit from raveready on January 13th and it’s February 16th and I still haven’t received it. No tracking number. I’ve messaged them twice with no response.

I placed an order on 2/2/18 and on 2/12/18 sent a message to RaveReady because I had received no tracking number or notification that it has been shipped. It is now 2/15/18 and I sent them another message bc I need my package by next Wednesday. I ordered it weeks in advance. Very disappointed w the customer service. I’m posting this on here bc it seems like this actually gets a reply from the site.

I ordered a top from rave ready that was required by my job and inquired at purchase if the item would be received in time for the event. Rave ready replied back straigth away and said it was being shipped out that day. The item did not arrive until 3 days after the event and was returned through the mail back to them as a "return to sender" package. I wrote rave ready now 4 times over the issue and no one has bothered to respond or return my payment to an unopened garment that I never wore or have in my possession. This company is a scam do not buy from them. I have now researched reviews and found that there are many customers like myself that have been ripped off! Find a different place to buy unless you want to have the same experience.

Well it looks like I will get a quicker response on here, rather than the actual website according to the comments I've read. I ordered a body suit 1/20/18 and it shipped out 1/22/18, took the money out of my account 1/21/18 and still no tracking number, it is now 2/4/18. I have left emails and called numbers to get in touch. I wish I would've read the complaints on this store site. It's a crap show and they scam people. So if someone wants to reply to me and get me a refund of $57 or give me a tracking number now. Thanks

Didn’t take long to arrive and was in perfect condition when it did. Will defiantly be using this website again!!

Ordered some pants back in May this year(2017). Got them ahipped without receiving a track’n number. Since I live in Denmark, I’m used to long delivery so did not think much about it. After some 40 days of hearing nothing, I messaged RR and got immediate response with a tracking number.

I then find out my package have been returned to sender, since the danish postal service have misplaced the customs declaration.

The last track point was in June 2017. Since then RR have completely ignored the multiple mails I’ve sent, and have not made any effort to help a paying customer.

Have bought items from the site before without hiccups.

The shop part works fine, but if your order has any problems what so ever, don’t expect them to help. So it’s a 50/50 gamble, but a terrible rating from me.

After a bit over 7’ish months, I finally got the package. RR continued to ignore my emails from my private e-mail adresses, which still bugs me.
I managed to use my work email, to essentially lie and say i was a new customer - and literally the day after I got a respons.
Not cool RR.
Anyway, after I got their attention, I explained the situation, and even got support over the weekend. They send a new package, since the first was lost in mail (USPS - that’s on you)

The joggers I bought is actually very nice, great quality, comfy and awesome print, which is printed in the fabric, not on it i.e. it doesn't crack. (Mens joggers with galaxy print - 10 day crafting required)
Would not recommend for cold weather as the fabric ensures good airflow, so probably most suitable for training, lounge wear or just for warmer weather.

To anyone who’ve read thus far - if you have bougt an item, and RR keeps ignoring you, my advise would be to either ask your boss if you couls use your work mail for private uses, or just make a new one, with an unique name.

Love everything I ordered from this site! I got most of my order within a week of ordering which was great, there were two items in my order going through the 10 Day Crafting period so I was a little scared they weren't going to arrive after reading the reviews, but I just got my tracking number and they will be here tomorrow! Their customer service team was also very good at responding to my messages almost immediately with updates and tracking information.

ordered my outfit a week ago. the website says it was shipped the same day i ordered it, but the website doesn't provide a tracking number to see where my package is. i emailed customer service to check on the status of my package and have not heard back. i need this outfit by thursday or i am SOL.

Quality is well, prices are fine, shipped fast! Can’t complain, awesome site, highly recommended and is going to be my go go to rave outfits

Ordèred 2 weeks ago heard nothing, no email letting know shipped, I called no answer. I left message no call returned. I sent email and nothing again. I've read tons of bad reviews about this same thing happening. I wish I would of read them before I ordered.
