Everything came fast and they even updated me when there was a small delay because of a backorder. Love my outfits and leg wraps and everything fits perfect.

I placed an order on July 12th for a Vibedration bag and some shorts and received it on the 19th which is exactly one week. I couldn't be happier with my new items, the shorts fit perfectly an are just like in the photo. The hydration pack is even more holographic than I imagined. I'm definitely going to stock up for burning man! A+++

It fits well and is high quality! My only complaint was it took a while to ship and at one point the delivery date was unavailable and my package was seemingly stuck somewhere in Indiana. Not a huge deal, I got everything within 10 days and the order was all correct! Will definitely buy more in the future.

I thought the prices were fair, the quality was good, but the sizing was a little off depending on the brand. I know raveready doesn't control that but I think better size charts would be good.

My festie outfit arrived when they told me they would. fit perfectly, and they are wonderful!! would buy again fersure.

The color was off from what I had expected. I thought they would be shorter. They are comfortable and I am keeping my order though.

I placed an order on the 31st of May. On the 7th of June I contacted them to receive my tracking number, they responded quite quickly on the 8th of June with my USPS tracking number.

It is now the 11th of July, and so far the only thing thats happened with my order is that a shipping label has been created. I have contacted the company numerous times the past 3 weeks inquiring about when my order will be shipped out (I specifically ordered the item for a festival thats happening 3 weeks from now).
They claim on their website that the orders go out in 4 days yet mines been a month and a half and its still not sent out..
Also they claim it takes them 2-3 business days to get back to you but now its been weeks...

Very unhappy with their lack of customer service, kicking myself in the butt that i didn't order this item from i heart raves. I made an i heart raves order 1 week after this one and have already received it as of 2 weeks ago!
Saw all the bad reviews after I placed the order and had a feeling it was going to go down like this. I warn everyone to stay away!

I have contacted my bank and sent them proof that i have been messaging them and proof of purchase, because i would like my money back, and since rave ready is not answering me, I will try to get my refund from my bank.

Loved the clothes! Shipping took a very long time and then when they got here the sizing was perfect.

Nothing but love for the raveready fam! I ordered a sequin robe kimono thing and it took about 5 days to get to me. It was definitely the high....light of my eforest adventure. My friends just melted into it. It fit well, shipping was quick, and it looks amazing!

It's a scam don't ever buy from this website. I order 4 itmes on the 28th may. Since I made the order i tried to contact the company about 4 times and I haven't got an answer. I asked about the shipping company and tracking number but nobody answered me. But the most worst part was when I got the package - I got only 1 of the 4 items I purchased. I left so many questions and requests on their website and their Facebook, but again, nobody answered me
I have no clue where is the rest of my package. Those items worth about 130 dollar and I will never see the clothing or the money. You can see so many more similar cases like mine so don't you ever buy from this company because you will never see your package. It's literally throwing money away.

Absolutely terrible! It’s been over two weeks since I ordered (says it got shipped on 5/31) and haven’t heard back with any type of confirmation or shipping/tracking info. I leave to the festival this Wednesday.

Placed an order before reading all the reviews. Definitely makes me nervous reading these reviews bc my order status has said shipped directly since the 21st I have also tried to contact customer service through email for tracking and no response. If I dont receive my items I WILL be taking further legal action.

placed my order on the 8th & was told it will be sent out as soon as possible, after thanking them i’ve never heard back from them. i’ve sent consistent messages begging for a respond & since my item didn’t get here on time i don’t have a set outfit for my event. it’s a scam, seriously considering legal forces to take place because it seems like this is a consistently thing for many people. not acceptable. don’t order from these people.

I bought shoes from this website and it did not arrive in time for the event I wanted to wear it to.
I have emailed the company few times now and have not gotten one reply back. Do not order from this company and do not expect to get any customer support. This company just stole my money.
Now I will do everything I can to cancel this order and to get my money back.

Cancelation and refund.

KVSKMJHKN is my order itinerary I placed on April 26 of 2018, I'll like to cancel my order, and want a full refund. I spent 69.99 USDs for a pair of boots. If I don't get my full refund I'm taking this company to small claims court and going to report a fraud to my card company. This company is duplicitous. They don't have a contact number or FAQ on their site.

Edit: I contacted my bank. I'm getting a new card and hopefully my refund. This company is a fraud.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pair of pink high waisted bottoms, on 4/15/18 the order says shipped directly and I have not received a tracking number or my order in the mail yet. I have tried emailing the company SEVERAL TIMES! and messaged them on Instagram and I have not received a response.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I placed an order a month ago, and it still says “order placed” on my account. The order hasn’t even been shipped yet. I have tried to contact them many times trying to figure this out, but have had no response. I will be taking every action possible to get my money back for this order. Never buy from this company. I don’t even know how they are still operating.

I have been emailing this company for the past two weeks now. I bought an article from this website and it did not arrive in time for the event I wanted to wear it to. I recently returned the product and have a receipt for it and a screen shot of it being delivered back to the company. I have not received an email stating the return now have I gotten my money back for returning it unopened or worn. I have emailed the company five times now and have not gotten one reply back. Do not order from this company and do not expect to get any customer support. I have no idea how a company that says it is based in LA is even still up. I would like an email back from the five I have sent to this company in regards to my refund. Will that happen? Doubt it. How can we go further in this and get our emails answered?
