Thanks guys and gals! I needed a beautiful J. Valentine jacket rushed to me and you took care of it for me. I really appreciate the urgency with which you shipped the jacket. I know, I know, I should probably order stuff at least two weeks in advance but RaveReady really stepped up and saved my butt, the jacket is fab!

Rave ready charged my card with no tracking number or confirmation email in sight. I placed an order 8/3/18 and still have not received anything and my festival is friday 8/24/18 Im extremely upset and haven’t heard anything from the website I’ve messaged multiple times.

I’ve placed an order on 8/4/18 and have yet to receive my 1item. Says it has shipped directly. Still no tracking number. I’ve sent 2 e-mails and they both come back saying e-mail adress wasn’t available. They’ve charged my account already. I can’t find a phone number to call either. Pretty sure I’ve been ripped off!!

It's been 10 days and no update on shipping information (no tracking number). I messaged them 3 days ago and still have not received a response. No phone number to contact them. Horrible customer service and worried that the festival I ordered it for, it won't arrive in time and no one to contact.

Like other reviews, it’s been almost 2 weeks of waiting since I ordered and 2 messages later there’s still no response and I can’t find another way to contact the company. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!!

I’m it’s been 10 days I’m still waiting on my package. There is no tracking number so I can’t even get an estimate date that the package will be shipped I have emailed the twice and no response. Hopefully I didn’t just get scammed.

I have placed 2 orders with RaveReady and I will never place another once again! The first order took several messages and weeks before it arrived, the festival I ordered the pieces for came and went and I never received my stuff. The second chance I gave them plenty of time to get it together, out of the 3 pieces I ordered they manged to send me the cheapest piece in a timely fashion, and when I messaged them the first time about the rest they sent another package with the same piece in it! A monkey could do a better job than them. We shall see if I ever get any money back or the rest of my order ($109 worth of clothing)...

Update: I still have not received my full order which was placed on 8/2. I have now sent 5 unanswered inquiries so I am now reporting them to the FTC for unfair business practices and in hopes to get my money back for the items I never received. I encourage all of you who are in the same boat as me to do the same so that no one else gets scammed the way we have.

It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my package. The tracking number doesn’t even show so I can’t even have an estimate on when my package will come in. I still haven’t gotten any response on the two emails I’ve sent about my purchase.

**I got my package around 2/3 weeks later with no notification. Not reliable in terms of knowing when your package will come.

I purchased some Camel 311 boots for my girlfriend and she's totally in love. I got them on sale for about 40% off which is an incredible deal if you know anything about these boots. She's been wanting a pair forever so I got these for her birthday and shes super hyped. I placed my order about a month before her birthday, June 24th, and they came in plenty of time. The boots were in their large box and wrapped in brown paper so pacakging was good. I didn't get an included invoice but I can download it from the website if I needed it for some reason but I doubt I ever will. Overall it was a great purchase and I'd happily purchase here again and tell my friends.

I placed an order for a pair of J. Valentine shorts that were on sale. They came in the mail from USPS in about a week. They were packaged in a pretty normal white plastic bag like most other clothing I've ordered online. The material was really nice and not anywhere near as plastic-y as I through it was going to be, it was really nice quality. The stitching all seems really nice and there are no loose threads. Overall I am very happy with the shorts, the price, and delivery.

Idk where my package is but I've been waiting for a month and it's still not here. If I can get somebody to respond to the three messages I sent out I may change my rating. But the shorts are also a little expensive. Not too bad but still pricey. And again nobody has helped me locate my package.

Edit: they finally put my tracking number on my order and it has been shipped. My order might come sooner than expected. Changed the rating from 1 to 3.

I’ve been waiting for my order for two weeks and I haven’t gotten a response. I love the outfit that i ordered but still haven’t received it nor gotten a tracking number. Customer service hasn’t gotten to my messages as well. I’m pretty upset about this since i wanted to wear this outfit for the upcoming event that I’m going too.

I just want to start that raveready has the best items around. Very unquie where you can make an imagine of yourself the way you want it. I like the time and speed of site and the prices are reasonable. Thank you

Found RaveReady by accident and and found some cool items that I couldn't live without. Overall experience very positive.

I purchased two all over print shirts that were custom made on June 10th The shirts had a 10 day "crafting" period but I got them in about a week Overall I am really happy with my purchase but I wish they would stock these shirts for faster shipment but I am fine with it because they advertised the wait time and I was prepared for it The hoodie tshirt I got really stands out as being unique, it's got a great fit and I am in love with the fabric. Nothing but love to the RaveReady team thanks

You shop with raveready because this clothing is actually designed for raves and festivals. It doesn't fall apart like that "IHeart" china stuff. It's all made to last out of great material, sure I've had some pieces that didn't fit the way that I wanted them to but that is to be expected when shopping online. Over the past few years I've had a processing mix-up, delivery problem (totally my fault) and RaveReady has always been super easy to work with, it's clear they care about their customers. I'll be with raveready as long as I can keep dancing.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected (nearly two weeks from order date). But I like everything I bought! Fit is good, as is the quality.

FAKE WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They will charge your account and never ship you your item. I had to to submit a fraud claim through my bank to get my money back.
