I purchased an item from this company 3 weeks ago on Oct. 3rd. My order status shows my credit card has been charged and the item was shipped directly yet I still have not received this item. I messaged customer service as directed on their web site over a week ago on Oct 16th. It says a response should be given within 3 days yet 7 days later I still have not heard from this company. I would simply like an answer to where my item is and if they can't fulfill it that they let me know.

I like everyone on here have not received my package that was placed on 10/09/18 nor have I received any kind of tracking number or shipping email. Only a order placed email and obviously a email stating that they had taken my payment. I placed the order hoping it would get here before this weekend, but that obviously isn't going to happen. I sent a message to the customer service and I'm hoping at least a refund will suffice. The site is most likely a sham, I just wished I had made time to research it before I made a purchase.

I ordered something on 10/15/18 and still never got a tracking number, considering it "takes a couple days" for it to show up online. It's been a week and I have no knowledge of where my package is. But I got a confirmation email and money taken out of my account as soon as I placed the order...?? I tried emailing the company twice through their website, but no response. I would try calling, but there is no number listed.. sketch. I was hoping to get my package before I leave for a festival the 25th. Super upset and don't know if I will ever get my package... especially after reading how frequent this happens to other people.

UPDATE: Still never got my order! These 5 star reviews are super fake, just trying to cover up the hundreds of horrible reviews left on them. Such a scam website. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

I ordered something on 10/09/18 and I need it for 10/25 but I haven’t gotten a tracking number or any updates about my order or it’s whereabouts. I emailed them twice and have gotten no response. Terrible customer service and I am beginning to think this website is a scam. I would like my money back as I had to buy another top for my event because it doesn’t seem like this one will ever get to me.

Placed an order on the 13th, got a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged, but I have not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. On their site's FAQs they claim "Tracking numbers can take up to two days to show up in the online system. We don't issue tracking numbers until the order is ready to leave our warehouse". My order status was marked as shipped 6 days ago. If my order has shipped then it has left the warehouse and per RaveReady's online FAQs my tracking number should have been posted by now. They also claim "Most orders leave our warehouses in less than 4 business days". If this were true my item would have arrived by now. I DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM OR EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER! I have reached out to the company through their online email box twice with no response. I even used my personal email account to email their Support @ RaveReady.com email account, and this is the response I got "I apologize, I am a robot who runs every 24 hours. This is not an active email account. Please use the proper contact form to reach the RaveReady team". Except when I used the contact form I received an email saying that my message bounced. This companies customer service is absolutely god awful and it is quite frankly super sketchy. I have no idea if the item I ordered is going to arrive in time for a Halloween party I am going to this weekend, or if it is going to arrive at all. Not only is it super annoying that I will be left without a costume, but IDK if I will be able to get my money back.

UDATE: as of today my order has apparently been cancelled. I did not request this. The message I received said my card would "automatically be refunded" however my card has not been refunded as of yet.

I placed my order on the 12th and I still haven’t received an update or tracking number! I need these items for next weekend and I really hope I receive a response ASAP!!!!!!!!! If you do not have the items please update your inventory listings and update your customers!

Terrible customer service!! I ordered something on October 10th it is now the 18th and it hasn’t even shipped yet. We emailed them twice and no response. Never shopping here again.

I should have visited the reviews of this site before ordering. I also ordered for over $ 100 on the Raveready website, and I never received my order, but never received a tracking number either. I wrote on all e-mail addresses, Facebook and Webmaster, and I never heard from them. I think I got robbed. I AM LOOKING FOR A MEANS OF REPORTING THIS SITE TO THE AUTHORITIES AND MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT. Can someone inform us of the outcome after making a complaint s.v.p.

I AM SO ANGRY. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I SPENT $289 ON 1 ITEM FOR A SPECIAL EVENT. I ORDERED IT ON THE 19TH OF SEPTEMBER AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR IT AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO THE MESSAGE'S THAT IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN TRY AND GET A HOLD OF THEM. NO PHONE NUMBER. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB!!

Well I did order something on the 29th and the website vaguely promises to ship within 4 business days. Payment has been accepted although now I realize on the main screen that the company does not picture Discover card so perhaps they do not accept it. However that did not stop them from charging my account so I have to assume that the purchase was successful. As with any reputable online store, you expect to have a tracking number assigned rather quickly. However I think what Raveready.com does is purchase things after one of us purchase something and they resell it to us at a mark up, at their convenience. That being said I contacted them via email and have not received a reply yet. Anything less than a 24-hour reply is unacceptable so I have contacted discover to dispute the charge like many others because I think I could probably drive to the vendor and receive it quicker. Wish I could give them more than two thumbs down.

I ordered a few items on September 19, since then I’ve sent a total of 4 emails none of which have been replied to. I’ve not been provided any indication of shipping or tracking number. Honestly the least they could do is reply to an email. I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my bank, what a disappointment.

Still have not received word on where any of the products I ordered are. I am super disappointed as I ordered my outfit in advance to ensure it got here on time, and now have to plan something completely different. If i am contacted within 24 hours with a tracking number or at least an explanation, I will update my rating. Again the order was under the name Michael Derkson and the order was the foil hologram lace up body suit and white shimmer leg wraps.
Have heard back from them within two days. If my stuff gets here on time I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Im usally really nice and forgiving but not with this .This store is thee worst store to buy ANYTHING from. It is a scam. I ordered a mermaid top on the 28th of August and emailed them on the 10th of September cause i never got a tracking number and it never showed up. then On the 14th i get an email saying it was out of stock and i was given a refund. If it is out of stock do not tell me it had been shipped. Oh i never got my refund btw or my other top that i ordered. Probably out of stock too. Never EVER order from this company. No wonder this business dose not have a phone number they do not want to hear how bad they run their business.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still dont have a tracking number. Contacted the via their web form 3 days ago and no response. I think i got scammed. Going to need to have my bank refund the charge it seems. Avoid this place.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and haven't recieved it yet. After contacting them twice they did finally respond and said it should arrive in another week. Bummed it's taken this long but I appreciate the fact that they finally responded. They were quite friendly in their response.

I placed an order on August 15. I have still not received a tracking number. I have attempted to contact the company through instagram, email, the messaging system on the website and still no response. This is so disappointing. I really hope that someone from the company will respond soon or I will have to take further action. I just want my items that I paid for! :(

My name is Christina Twine and I ordered a pair of shorts from raveready last week. I received a confirmation email but no tracking number or estimate of when it would be shipped. My festival is in two weeks and I am praying that it gets here in time so I have something to wear. Judging by all of the comments, I think it is a highly unlikely. I did send a message to customer service but once again judging by the comments, I doubt they will respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! If I do not get my shorts in time or get my money back I will definitely be getting some legal action involved. If this many people are missing money or items this is not acceptable. They should not be charging people until they know that can fulfil orders. Not even amazon does that.

I placed an order on the rave ready website on August 1st. Since then, I have sent two messages on their website contact form, messaged them on Instagram, and have attempted another email as well as Facebook messenger contact. No one has responded to anything, and I have still not received a tracking number. After spending $90 on their website, I am dissatisfied to say the least. I really love their clothing selection and this was my first purchase from them. I was so excited to get my order, but unfortunately it did not arrive in time for me to wear the items to the festival I was attending. I finally found this website after searching for more information on whether the website is a scam or not. This is the only medium by which their staff seems to respond to customer issues, so I'm hoping someone will finally get back to me.

I placed an order on 2018/06/07 , still have no tracking number or update. I sent multiple message , no return. Can't call them or speak to someone in anyway. AND finally didn't have my hydratation pack for the festival! BUT you can be sur they take the cash as fast as they can 😠
