I only online shop at raveready and have for years, I've had a couple problems with products and they always offer exchange or refund with photo proof of damages which I really appreciate. Wish they had a text of live chat but they're always realy nice.

Very happy. Great quality clothes. Customer service is excellent. Tracking info is right on, most of the time. Love them.

I ordered my clothing and I had regretted it after seeing all the horrible reviews. I thought I was gana get ripped off but I received my package as soon as it said it would be here!

This was my first time ordering from raveready and I'm very impressed. I ordered some light up masks and they are completely insane in every way. I got soooooo many compliments.

I dont know if its because people only write reviews when they have a bad experience, but my experience with RR was great. I'm happy to post them a good review! I did make my purchases during Halloween and I still got it pretty quick, so maybe that helped me feel like the clothes were worth it.

I am so happy that Raveready carries mdma testing kits with fent strips. I've seen too many people have bad nights because they lacked the foresite to bring a testing kit with them. I'm a rave mom for suuuuure! Gotta keep my kandi kids safe!

I was a little worried with the bad reviews found on here but I got my order in about 10 days. It was just what I ordered and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered this place a year ago using my birthday money. I spent over $100 and received absolutely nothing from them. They don’t return emails or phone calls. This is extremely common with this website, and I’m almost certain the five star reviews are fake. This website is a scam. Do yourself a favor and just shop iheartraves or dollskill or ANYTHING besides this site!

Edit: yes that’s me, I’m so glad you guys received my last email! I don’t recall receiving an email back, otherwise I would’ve responded telling you guys that you did not ship me my items. When I researched your company I discovered that not receiving items is a pretty common thing, and I gave up. I wish you had tried harder to reach out to me. I buy rave clothes all the time now, but at that time I was really broke and spending that much money on clothes to feel like I had been scammed was a huge let down. Maybe your company should hire more customer service members to respond to the phone, or respond to emails more promptly. At least you are responding now- I honestly forgot about your company until the latest email which reminded me how upsetting this was for me.

I found this brand on instagram about a two years ago and have never looked back. Fu&*in beautiful clothes for festivals looks and theyre really unique and will have a special place in your heart even if you dont know it right now.

They always get me everything before I go to a big festival. I think I'm going to get a light up fur jacket next for Snowglobe this year! I always try and buy ahead of time, no doubt they're busy the week before the events.

Bought many things here as gifts for my older sister. She likes those dirty raves and wears lots of kandi beads. I appreciate how there's always deals going on and they seem to change daily. Never had a problem, shipping just takes a little while. I think my last order took 10 days.

Use the sizing charts. They are super useful because each brand has slightly different sizing. I exchanged my stuff quickly.

They shipped my order quickly but USPS took forever to get it to me. About 14 days, so that sucked but I did get everything I was supposed to and it wasn't really RaveReadys fault at all. I'll definitely order from them again.

They came through with my rush order. I placed it on Tuesday and I needed it by Friday and they did it without a problem. I wouldn't suggest this though because in the past they haven't been able to make my deadlines but honestly I just need to probably be a little more prepared and not place an order 3 days before I need it. Love them!

I've been shopping here for years I think. I screwed up my size on my first order and they fixed it quickly. That's the only time I've ever had to contact them. Shipping is fast and cheap! Returns are easy, but not free as of the last time I had to return something, I had to pay for return shipping but they didn't charge a restocking fee. All around great experiences.

They were super quick to respond to my concern when I put the wrong shipping address and fixed the issue immediately. I accidentally didn't put my state in and let my browser autofill, so it tried sending my order to Alabama! NO! Luckily they fixed is fast and I had my order two days later. Super Impressed!

My order VHFTHCMQH does not yet have a tracking number. I ordered it 10/13 and it is 10/25. When will my order come because customer service is not responding . I emailed you a few days ago and I need it by 10/30. I am missing my LED gloves that I Ordered, I have my mask but the gloves I am missing.
