One and one half weeks since I purchased and they don’t seem to want to return an email. After reading all the bad ratings with situations that match mine, I’m beginning to believe I just got ripped off. As stated elsewhere, no phone number contact either.

Was able to find the light up jacket of my dreams at raveready. I've rocked it to LIB and Burning Man and Couldn’t be happier!

Great store, low prices, nice quality and great selection of products. I shop here all the time. Nothing bad to say about it other than shipping can sometime take a week or two. It seems to me that a bunch of yall on here need to plan a little better.

Order 2 iteams last week and been waiting on my tracking number since then and still don’t have!!! Send about 6 emails and get no response and clearly don’t understand how y’all customer service with no phone number to contact you . Give us an email but can’t respond back, have an event to and I don’t have my items . I need to get a response by today I will be disputing my card this is extremely horrible customer service

The shipping rate was high for such a light box and the $20 customs fee was a shock upon delivery. But I guess that really isn't their fault. The items were really great.

Everything arrived as was pictured on the web site. Our party will be great with all theitems that we purchased from the shop.

Just would like to share my experience with RaveReady and to caution others before giving this company your business. I ordered two items from RaveReady on 10/16. They immediately took payment and marked my order as "Shipped Directly" the next day. I have Informed Delivery from USPS so I would be able to see in my account if they had shipped my order or even created a label for it, but hadn't seen anything so I decided to send them a message via their contact forum asking where my order was. This is when I discovered that they did not have a customer service email or phone number, which I found a bit fishy, so I did a search and came to this forum and found all of these reviews from dissatisfied customers.

The next day, I sent another message through their contact form saying that after reading all of these negative reviews about their company, and seeing as though they hadn't shipped my order even though they said they did on their website, that I would like to cancel my order. I also indicated that if they did not cancel my order I would be filing a complaint with their company. The next day, the sent a response saying that my order had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. My order was shipped out the day after that. I am unsure when or if my items would have been shipped out if I wouldn't have contacted them first. Not to mention that they disregarded my request to cancel my order, though it clearly had not been shipped out yet.

Seeing as though I asked to cancel my order prior to them shipping it out, and that I do not want to give this company my business, I shipped my order back to them upon receipt for refund via their full return guidelines. The items are being returned completely unopened, and I have emailed them several times about my return but have not received a response. They should very well be in possession of the returned items by now, and if I do not receive confirmation of receipt and that my refund is in process, I will be filing a claim with Chase Visa and with the FBI. Including my Order ID: DCPTGBZHE since RaveReady seems to be more responsive to those on here than those who contact their customer service directly.

I order a couple of items last night around 10:45 not knowing that I wasn’t going to be asked to review order before placing it ( I needed to know how long shipping will take as I needed these items this week) your website is very deceiving! I messaged twice to get contacted so I can cancel the order as it has not been shipped out yet. I need to CANCEL this ASAP!! You guys should at least provide a phone number for situations like this! I’m super unhappy!

They said you will receive your tracking info 2 days after your order is shipped and I have still not received it!! They do not answer your messages at all!! I have contacted them on their site 3 times and send messages on all their media profiles! Every upset about their customer service!!!! I need the tracking info in order to get my package from where I shipped it to so I couldn’t pick it up if it did deliver! DO NOT recommend ordering from them even tho they have great products!! :(

They ignore your messages. They do not help you at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It’s been a month since I ordered something and they don’t answer back. Will be disputing my charge.

Please issue me a full refund for my order reference PSMHOXGSW ordered on 10/18/2018 and supposed to be delivered a week ago. I had to wear something else to the event I bought these shirts for, since you guys did not come through for me. Everyone, please listen to the one-star reviews on this site, they are all accurate. No contact number, no tracking number, I just sent an email and highly doubt I will get a response. I expect a full refund of $36.90, which includes my $5.00 in shipping. If I do not hear from you promptly, I will call my bank and open a fraud claim to get my money back. If you have not yet sent my order, keep it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.
I placed an order on october 11th, it updated me and told me the item had shipped by october 12th.
I did not hear from them for two weeks, no tracking number.
only after I made the effort to contact customer service about my order, DID THEY REALIZE THEY NEVER SENT MY PACKAGE, then attempted to ship it AFTER i contacted them. It was already WEEKS too late.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM and I see now others are complaining of never receiving their order.

Rave Ready's reply: "At no time did we send you an email saying that we had shipped your order on the 12th."
I have a SCREENSHOT of the status of the order marked as "Shipped Directly" on October 12th.
Rave Ready's reply: "...was shipped out the following week with tracking number 9400111699000385711003. "
Did you even bother to check the tracking number history? The shipping label wasn't even CREATED until the 24th. 'The following week' from the week of October 11th would mean any date between October 14th to the 20th. It is comical that I must explain to you how the calendar works.

Also it's astounding that Rave Ready replies faster to complaints on Trustpilot than through their actual contact form!

So I absolutely love raveready. I've never had any issues with shipping, customer service or the actual products. A good range from low budget to high and there's festival clothes for every style. It's like my one stop shop for all my festie gear.

I love everything about raveready. Their clothing, their shipping speed, most of all their customer service. Hands down my favorite site to buy from. I'm always so excited to et my newest festival outfits from them!
