Really helpful customer service, after I had an issue on my part.

I made an error on a booking and Pam & Jonathan from the customer service team promptly responded to my email, and confirmed a refund would be issued and ensured I was completely informed. Great work team!

I have used Rail easy for years. I have had to apply for a refund on two occasions due to unfortunate circumstances - their customer support team were absolutely fantastic; they were very quick and efficient in responding to my emails and swiftly dealt with my refunds - I would thoroughly recommend Rail Easy and I will always use their service - Thanks you absolutely brilliant.

Fantastic customer service from Pam, helping me to navigate a refund.

Emailed raileasy about a problem i had with seating with my young grandson. Reply was instant and problem solved straight away.

Sad to see Raileasy go. The revamped website has reduced functionality and is no longer usable for many railcard holders. Raileasy was the site of choice for Young people; Military Veterans; Seniors and those with Disabilities - high levels of choice and flexibility were Raileasy's USP but now there's no reason to visit Raileasy over loads of other ticket sites. A shame. Nice people; awful website.

The Support staff are excellent. I had a lot of problems with booking on your site but eventually booked. I was then told Two Senior Rail Cards are not the same a two people travelling together. I also wanted flexible train times but your site kept on offering booked train only. Useless when flying into Gatwick when no one knows if the flight will be late or there will be baggage delays. Your Support staff were helpful. They credited my card and I booked with another company whose site was clearer and easy to follow.

Clear issue raised with them that was dealt with quickly and with no quibble.

Good customer service from Tony. Just be aware that if you book split ticketing you might not get the same seat all the way through and you may not get to sit together.

Thought it would be far more difficult to obtain a refund for part of my journey - but once I finally managed to scan the unwanted tickets, it was immediate.

After my train was cancelled and I had to purchase another ticket, Rail Easy made it really simple to claim a refund. Quick, friendly and efficient, they could not have been more helpful.

They were so fast in assisting to find my ticket. I am so grateful, thank you.

I had made a multiple booking for the same trip because website declined my payment. Then it turned out there wasn't a problem with my card and all 4 payments were taken. Once I found out what had happened, I contacted Raileasy at the weekend. I am quite impressed with their prompt action to refund the unused 3 bookings. And I got a genuine apology for trouble I had with their booking pages.

My query was dealt with very promptly and a refund obtained for me speedily.

My train was cancelled due to the rail strike, no fault of Raileasy. The refund process was easy. I was refunded immediately. Pam the Raileasy rep could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She's a credit and I am very impressed with Raileasy. Thank you.

Unfortunately I was caught up in the recent train strikes and had booked tickets with Raileasy to travel to London with 2 friends on Monday 8th April .
My train was not actually cancelled but there was likely to be some disruption due to the existing overtime ban .

Due to my advancing years I could not risk travelling having experienced similar circumstances post pandemic ie overcrowding on the train , standing room only etc .
As the train was not actually cancelled , either on the outward or inward journey , I was not strictly eligible for a refund as I had bought Advanced tickets .

However , I emailed customer services on the evening of the 7th explaining my dilemma.
Pam ( from customer services ) replied that same evening ( at 9Pm ) and on 9th April i had a further email from Pam to say that she was authorising a refund and reducing the admin fee from £ 10 to £5 on her understanding of my situation.
This was despite the fact that the booked trains ran as per schedule on the day
