Unexpected refund

Great value and exceptional service. Really clear information given about a split ticket journey which helped my anxiety no end!
I had to change the return journey and customer services could not have been more helpful. They were very quick to respond, answered all my questions and were very understanding when I just didn't get it!
Raileasy will be my go to service for rail travel now.

I received excellent customer service…
I received excellent customer service from Adam and Pam regarding refund for my ticket,my connection times where brief for trains and shuttle bus and they listened to my concerns,which resulted in my refund being processed. Lovely communication throughout.

great customer service
Had to speak to customer service and I have to say it’s one of the best interactions I’ve had with a customer service agent. They were polite, patient and really wanting to help get a solution that was right for me. Would definitely use this company again to book my tickets.
I was also able to book my seats and see what the train looks like inside which I wasn’t able to do on some other sites

Easy refund claim, super helpful staff
I had booked a return train journey with Raileasy from Sheffield to London, but given the extreme heat I decided it would be better to travel quite a bit earlier in the morning. I found an earlier train and ended up booking that one through Trainline. I then put in a refund request to Raileasy just for the outbound journey, which I feared might prove complicated - but I was contacted by the company the next day and the process was actually extremely easy. I especially appreciated receiving emails from a real person, not a bot, and actually the same person across 3 or 4 emails (shout out to Pam!) - it couldn't have been simpler. Thank you!

I had to cancel my ticket which I…
I had to cancel my ticket which I purchased from Raileasy due to disruptions on the underground which made it impossible to reach Paddington to get the train to Cholsey. I purchased my return ticket to Cholsey with Raileasy.
I contacted Raileasy by email. Jonathan in customer services dealt with my query almost immediately . I explained to Jonathan that I wanted a refund as I was unable to get to Paddington due to engineering works on the underground .. He asked me to forward my details and he looked into it and came back and offered me a refund.
The service I received from Raileasy customer services was faultless, professional, efficient and stress free . A refund was processed qalmost immediately!
I will definately use Raileasy again and I will recommend them to friends and family!!

Dubious?
I was dubious at first at the refund process, where you buy another ticket before requesting a refund.
HOWEVER, they have been nothing short of FABULOUS 🤩 Immediate email response and refund with such courteous efficiency, it made my eyes water!
Big shout out to Pam who was exemplary in all the above and should get a medal if not a pay rise !

Watch out if you need to phone the…
Watch out if you need to phone the office (which is hard to do trying to locate number). My tickets didn't arrive into my email. Just had my mobile phone bill £5.42 for phoning them.

We provide customer support for bookings via email, and the contact address is shown on the booking confirmation screen and at the bottom of the confirmation email. We’re unable to see any email contact from you, but we’re always happy to help if you get in touch at customer.support@raileasy.co.uk.
If you don’t have your booking reference, please email us with the name used on the booking, the journey details, and the last four digits of the card used so we can check whether a booking was successfully made.
We don’t actively promote or publish a customer support phone number. Any phone numbers that may be found online are handled by an external service and are not our primary support channel. Call charges are set by the caller’s provider and are outside our control, which is why we strongly recommend contacting us by email for assistance.
Confirmation emails can occasionally fail to reach inboxes for reasons beyond our control, so we always advise customers to save the confirmation screen at the time of booking and make a note of the booking reference. Where e-tickets are issued, these should also be downloaded straight away.
If you still need help locating your booking details, please email us and we’ll be glad to assist.
