I do not understand why Racing TV wishes to make enemies of us, paying customers. It is like a throwback, with Customer Services so very rude, threatening us with debt collectors, instead of building a loyal customer base.
They need to rethink, as these reviews are a shocking inditement of out of date policies. Change is good, all Racing TV need to do is be nice, but they do not show any care at all. Shame on them.

I had a 12 month deal at half price and expected to hear from them when this was about to expire (by the way I couldn’t find anything that allowed me to readily check the date myself online) but not a thing. First thing I know is when I am suddenly paying full price again. Rang up and cancelled but you still get stuck with the bill for another month.
Given that they are always stressing that all their profits go back into racing, I don’t see why they feel the need to act in such an underhand manner.
This is certainly one of those businesses that is far less appealing when you delve a little below the surface.
I will never deal with them again.

in the 7 .12 race at ayr ive been betting years now please tell me how jockeys can get away with it pulling the favorites head off all race why do that if it cant pick up afterwards its just another way of robbing punters there has to be some justice far to many clear robbing in races nowadays its getting beyond a joke

Such a shame they have that Adele as a presenter on itv racing ..she looks out of place as her colleagues are all intellectual, she sounds so Common with her northern accent .

could not agree more with these reviews. Bunch of charletons who give no access to your account online for cancellation before the end of your "free" month.
Then when you contact them your time has run out and your stuck with the 12 mth contract that you cannot even set a cancellation in place for when it runs out.
Avoid at all costs

This company is run by clowns. They try to scare you into paying for 12 months if you forget to cancel after the free trial, but here's the funny bit, the 'phone call' you get from them is an automated system, it's an annoyed sounding Scottish woman, who tells you you've missed the payment and now you're eligible to pay for a 12 month subscription. This system only works if you agree to pay, it then probably takes you to an automated payment line... If you say you don't agree to the payment, the call hangs up and they'll try it again a few days later. Just block the number, they have no power. They'll also send you a letter or 2 saying the same thing as the automated call, but again, just ignore this utterly weak and none existent threat and crack on with your life. It's very sneaky and not even very clever 😂

Wish I read this before taking out the free trial, now stuck in a 12 month contract with them as they DO NOT send reminders out when your free trial is due to end and once that ends they sting you the next day for payment and then you are stuck in a 12 month contract!

Their app for video replays simply does not work.Why would I pay for it when even free part is useless

I got stuck with them for a year, and after that they’ll move heaven an earth to keep you on. I cancelled in mid June, the phone call took 11 minutes, and they won’t let me leave until the end of July.

Rubbish, just paid £10 so I could watch the racing from Aintree today. Can't even get a moving picture on app live Be aswell listening to radio. Don't pay it its a waste of money.

Can’t cancel for ages. When you do they keep hounding you. The dirtiest filth of a company ever.

I can't stress enough how poo RTV product is, particularly the live feed via the web, either desktop or mobile. I is such a bad useless product that I really don't know why they even bother providing it via these channels, and not just via Sky satellite. Oh wait, yes I do, it's so they can lock you into that initial 12 monthly contract to make yo suffer their poo product for a whole year while they rape your pockets for 12 months, with no chance of getting out.
Sorry, but I've done my time, done my RTV bird and Im out, done! But unfortunately still have to suffer their poo product via other channels i.e. betfair/bookies. Which is also another pish take because RTV's customers (bookmakers) actually recieve the newer faster streaming technology... and its STILL a load of mank. Maybe I am being a bit hard because every blue moon it does work flawlessly tbf. But any other colour moon and you might as well be back in the 80's on a dial up modem by the time the next picture frame is ready. Its like watching one of those amature animation videos where there's a few seconds between each image frame and the object skips across the screen.

If I can give one piece of advice, one recommendation re RTV, that would be, whatever you do, no matter what, DO NOT PAY A SUBCRIPTION!!! I guarantee you will regret it. And there's no way out, not for 12 months at least. Wait until these reviews get better, until then just use it for free via other means. Dont be a mug like I was!
For something that is the main racing feed provider across the nation and beyond, what a load of crap.#
Sky races are delayed slightly but work great. RTV need to take some tips off the drone guys because with a lot less tech they put RTV feed to shame.

Shocking company. Stay well clear of them. Zero star rating.
I was with them for at least 15 years at £25 a month. Decided to cancel. Cancelled Direct Debit with my bank and tried to call the company but to no avail. They then contacted me and said I was due £11.95 but they said I could have the service for £12 a month for a year if I stayed. I declined but was angry that they had taken my money all these years and never offered me a discount before this for my loyalty.
A couple of days later, I received a letter saying they were transferring my debt to a debt recovery agency but no amount was stated in the letter. I called them and queried this. They said I should have given 30 days notice to cancel!!!!! If they'd answered their phones when i called initially, it would have been fine but I had to give up and just cancel at my bank. My wife works in a bank and knows for a fact that these cancellation instructions would have been received by Racing UK within two days. Strongly advise anyone not to use this company!!!!!

Try and cancel nearly impossible. I didn’t get contacted by them instead sent it to a collections company for £8. Quick enough to send marketing emails but couldn’t even send me an invoice

Zero zero stars. £10 a month great but trying to then cancel won't accept email notification that you wish to cancel.
Leave those loyal to your 12 months at £10 a month and retain them. £26 a month no way. When you compare to other providers Netflix, Amazon, Now tv, Sky even BBC iplayer.

30 day trial...rang up to cancel immediately..
Told to ring back at the end of the trial, I did to be told you're now in a 12 month contract. Not advised of this on the original call ..they said they would listen to the call and come back to me. 2 weeks later nothing.
