Yer another bogus offer went to join but by the time I got to the end they wanted to charge ne £30 a month instead of £12 per month from the offer I received lies lies hence why I left before

Over the last month picture keeps breaking down. Often goes off for several minutes. No attempts to fix it. Phone not answered,

What a shambles. Spoke to them today and they emailed me back stating my new address which them claim I gave them back in August 24….lie.
I didn’t move in till six months after that, I hadn’t even seen this property till Feb 25, a clear breach of client confidentiality.

Stop using a whip on the horses it’s animal abuse

Similar experience to others re renewal but with twist that a very misleading letter I received from them they denied all knowledge of. Same threats re debt collection.
Similar comments re quality of tv content which is not worth several hundred pounds.
Puzzles me how prominent names in racing associate themselves with a 95% one star organisation

They are only interested in locking into contracts that you cannot cancel after free trial, do not be bullied by them report them to broadcasting regulator. Their debt collection agency is a false company owned by themselves, return their post to sender, block their emails and block bank payments. They are gangsters, no wonder racing is going down the tubes.

Absolutely do not subscribe to this service. Turn away and do not look back! Do NOT give them your hard earned cash!

Their app does not work and when calling support they blamed my father in law his new tablet. It is funny though since we are able to watch any video, but of course before we get to watch the actual video we are forced to watch an ad. Even though my father in law is a paying customer (for multiple years). As soon as we touch any playing video the app crashes. There is no way to watch any video in full screen or cast to the TV. My father in law has not so good sigth and wants to watch it as big as possible.
Calling support they told me to watch it through their web browser. Yes, tell that to my 83 year old father in law. My father in law took a long time to learn the app because he loves horse racing, but he does not understand web browsers and does not want to use them. Really, you can not make a working app these days? So many errors with it like constant update messages even when there is non. Crashes, pop-ups telling you to subscribe even though you are already logged in as a paying subscriber. But hé its all down to the wrong tablet......

I called them for my father in law to ask for support but was told it was the device its fault. They refuse to check anything other than saying there are no reported issues. HELLOOOOO, I am reporting one (or more if they would listen)!

But ah well, they do not care about their customers. When I then asked to cancell the subscription the lady made us wait because she wanted to check something to be sure (LOL, so they are able to move when you want to stop paying their fraud). All futille though, we were still told it was our device its fault. Cancelled subscription immediately but they still make my 83 year old dad pay one extra month, that is in the regulations you see. They do not care their service does not work. He needs to pay an additional month not being able to use the app properly before his subscription is really cancelled. However I fear I will be back complaining the subscription was not cancelled by them.

Please, anyone, do not ever register for a paid subscription! Absolutely utter shocking and bad app development and support.

Son subscribed to watch one race back in November but forgot to cancel as he doesn’t use it. So because one month passed he is now tied into a 35 euro payment for a year. Tried to cancel by email and phone but no. This is nothing short of extortion. Their customer service is pathetic.

Rejoined in November after employing discount code Big mistake as the app terrible and there’s much less racing on racing t.v compared to before when a regular customer,. Use through fire stick which causes issues with buffering and automatically goes to last race watched even if that was days before - for a company that’s so popular the app must be improved upon certainly wouldn’t want to be paying the full price

I wish I had checked the views here before subscribing... Terrible customer service now sent a contract to a debt collector that I didn't ask for and won't take my calls terrible service. Also the streams are slower than major bookmakers for any in-play bets.

It's a shame to see how badly subscriptions are now being managed at Racing TV...

Signed up for a month trial, but the service doesn't work with Sky Stream. Couldn't cancel my membership by email, then the cancellation was not actioned when I called.

Fast forward a couple of months, I am now apparently in a 12-month contract with no way out.

Unsurprisingly, the call again dropped off (twice) when speaking to them today.

As someone working in the industry (and interviewed on several occasions on Racing TV!) it is hugely disappointing to see our main racing channel being run in this way...the reviews below are indicative of a real lack of care for racing fans.

Worse ever. Got a free trial and forgot to cancel it. Noe stuck in a one year contract and would not have the funds to renew every month because I am a student still in secondary school. Woman on the phone said I couldn’t cancel the next payment absolute joke

Terrible customer service I was hung up on on the first occasion and then the second I was told I was in the wrong for trying to use it on my tv and the races not loading , In which I have zero issues connecting to any other site!

Done the free trial was lead to believe it was £7.99 per month got charged £30 and no refund

This company sent a letter to my address but the name on it was not correct… i think this was a scam ? The name was not understandable… i have been to my bank to put a stop on them using taking (stealing) any money from me. Rang them twice and they hung up on me when i asked them about my letter…. Dont trust them …. They are scammers… any more letters and i will take them to court for harassment… so beware of them …

Awful service staff full of shite. I wnated to cancel as I had lost my job and not gambling anymore kept saying you can't. Even when I said I don't gamble they have a duty of care as I mentioned gambling commission.

My answer was if I have a gambling problem and I rang for help the first question is how you combating it
Well I have racing UK can't get rid of it (temptation) there that simple there is summed it up if I had a drink problem be like me sitting in a pub full of alcohol.

First time of watching, never seen such amateurish presentation. Why no details of the horse, trainer jockey form age etc. Would never entertain subscribing even if was the only horse racing coverage available.

They'll offer a free trial then send for a collection agency to try and take £300+ for using the app a total of 0 times.

The only way this business is still running is literally because they are scammers that make you pay for a 12 month subscription if u don’t cancel your free trial which is not easy to do in the first place. Heard nothing from them didn’t ever use the platform until a debt letter of over £300 comes through the door. Being 18 with no job this has become a huge burden for me all because this company and anyone who works for them are actually sad and clearly getting no where in life so instead scam people out of money.

Do not sign up for the free trial as it's a scam! and you'll be locked in a 12 month contract that you can't cancel online they have to be contacted by phone. Their processes are designed to make it impossible to cancel.

It seems like I am one of many long standing customers who have been treated shabbily. Having been a customer for over 15yrs it came to the time that I needed to cancel my membership. A year ago I contacted RUK to cancel and was offered a discounted rate of £15 per month and was told this could be cancelled after 12 months of the service. I accepted the offer and the last month before it ended I phoned RUK to cancel the service and was told that my membership would be cancelled . A few days after this I checked my bank only to find they had taken £29,98p plus they had set up a new Direct Debit for £29.98. I immediately cancelled the DD and had the money reversed. This meant that I had to contact RUK Customer Services to sort out what had happened. They advised they could not sort out the problem and that I would have to phone RUK. A couple of days later before phoning I received a txt from a debt colection agency BPO regarding outstanding debt with RUK. I phoned RUK and was told that I should have given 30 days notice to cancel my account and that the outstanding balance of £11.61p had been put in the hands of BPO. I paid the outstanding amount and never want anything to do with RUK again. What a shower RUK are.
