The whole process from start to finish was flawless! Sales advisor arrived spot on time and no hard sale or hassle. Happy with the price quoted. The surveyor arrived spot on the agreed time and guess what……? The fitter arrived spot on time on the day of the installation. The fitter was amazing and highly recommended - work area was kept clean and tidy with a thorough clean at end of day. Quality of work superb. Waste material was left in a bag on the drive and told it will be collected by a third party….. guess what……? It was collected by a third party a few days later with no hassle or chasing required. The office staff kept me informed throughout the process and completed I hadn’t done through quicktops.

The delivery and the work was done and completed to a excellent standard the two guys installing the Kichen very professional and polite and our Kichen looks amazing.

Not really sure about this company. A rep came to see us quoting £5,500 for replacing kitchen tops. Tried another company who quoted £2000 less for the same job. When we informed the Quicktops rep he said he could now do it for £3,900. A drop on his original quote of £1600. As I say difficult to know what to make of that.

We are extremely pleased with the end result. Our fitter Adam, arrived early and worked all day, everything was done with care and precision. Although there was some adjustments, he made every effort to keep everything clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend this company, our end result is great.

Extremely happy with the end result, exactly as described prior to install, for once I have finally had a job done that I haven’t had anything to rectify after an install of this nature. The installation went to plan, my installer was Dave and his work was outstanding, and his wealth of knowledge is second to none. He arrived early and never stopped until the job was finished and also that I was happy with the results. Overall the whole experience has been smooth and I am very pleased with the end result.🙂

Quartzize, joes doors, quick tops all the same company. Terrible customer service, my overlay cracked after 4 months, they refused to replace or repair unless I paid for it. When it goes wrong they do not want to know. Read the Ts&C . They said I dropped something on it, I DID NOT. They said this without any investigation as to why it cracked. Customer Service are rude and unprofessional.
If I could give them zero I would. They even tried to charge me for removing their rubbish from my driveway! Their infill worktop and a piece that arrived broken.

Stay away from this company it’s a terrible company to deal with.

Quicktops, also known as Qartzize Worktops, are useless. Bored, rude, distracted sales guy longing for retirement, no communication with head office (measurers and fitters turn up with no prior warning), quartz cut before delivery the wrong size, sink wrong model, old worktop stripped out two weeks before new one arrives. No response to complaint from office.

Everything carried out exactly as described from the initial meeting and quote, subsequent survey and installation. The only beef is that the actual installation was not the simple process as described by the salesman e.g. new worktops made to measure, cut to size at the factory and stuck on top of existing surfaces. In reality there was a lot of cutting, sawing and adjusting. The amount of dust generated was huge. Despite this the installer did a good job and we are pleased with the result. Price wise - not bad

Quick Tops where very efficient from the initial consultation and survey through to the fitting . Simon the fitter was helpful , efficient and did a wonderful job .

Kitchen installed and delivered on the correct date, with a quick turnaround.

Worktop and Sink are excellent quality and have made a big difference to the appearance of my kitchen

Excellent work! Very impressive I must say, fitted my kitchen beautifully and cleaned up after himself I am extremely happy with the purchases and fitting service

From a very professional but not pushy initial sales visit, through the survey and then install everyone has been excellent. The install was on time, organised, they protected the floors and cleaned up afterwards. The team in the office were also great very friendly and courteous, overall an excellent service and one I would recommend.

Very pleased with our new Bulgaria Dark Grey worktops and new sink. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. They just did what they said they were going to do. The fitters made a very neat job and left the kitchen clean and tidy .... even cut me a splash back for a bathroom from some waste, which was a nice touch. Seen mixed reviews here, but going by our experience have no hesitation in recommending.

Absolutely Shocking Service! From the sales rep who was uselessin not offering any advise about their services or products was always talking about looking forward to his retirement which made us make the wrong decision in ordering the right products to the installer which we thought was in house but turned out to be a local contractor who damaged our kitchen wall and floor, phoned customer services and they said we need to deal with him separately, also have to pay for installation separately which we were not told about before. I would urge you to think again before using this company

10 out of 10 service, fitter Danny was excellent, we did have an issue with the sink damaged when they arrived but they fitted it anyway and came back 3 weeks later to install the new one but these things happen, happy customer

Absolutely disgusting service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I've just got off the phone in tears for the way I have been spoken to regarding a situation that is highly emotive! ill informed and following a one size fits all process, has lost you a sale. I hope the company look at retraining.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Called for a quote visit, lady on the other end very pleasant and professional, all booked in. I picked this company because I saw a TV advert and it is the top of Google search when looking for overlay Quartz counters, so I thought great, let's give it a go. Then I did some checking and reviews about this company, which by the way has another entity name called Quartzize, which I thought strange, popped up on Trust pilot and second highest rating was the lowest at 1 star rating. So I had a bad feeling
about this and decided to call Quicktops to enquire more and state about the negative reviews I've read about them, the man on the other end was becoming abit aggressive and condescending about the certain questions and I didn't get a good feel about it, so I've cancelled the visit and shall not be doing business with them!

Everything has gone as planned and kept informed well.
Surveyor came out measured up and date given for installation on our worktops. They where installed on the date given with no problems and the tips do look well.
We have had an issue with the pipe work under the sink and after reading comments on here we thought we were going to have problems. We couldn't have been so wrong. After the initial call to them we were kept informed of what was happening. The plumber who came out could not do enough and went above and beyond to resolve the problem.

Quicktops.co.uk AKA Quartzize are AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as better ones out there!! This is the company who put new kitchen worktops ON TOP of your old kitchen counters to allegedly save you time, labour and money. They don’t offer counters for less than £2000. I was also lied to by the young salesman (initial of first name “O”) that these worktops do not crack or chip ever. He stated anything could be placed on them yet failed to mention nothing hot or too warm. My worktops arrived chipped and certain edges are so sharp underneath the breakfast counter (we soon discovered) that they've caused an injury. The company were notified about the chipped edges and injury and I was dealt with in a rude manner, almost being accused of lying. We also had a leak immediately after installation when our sink was removed and then reinstalled. The workmen actually used a screwdriver(!!!) to peel off my stainless steel new sink which was left with dents around its edges when they pulled it off the counter to install the new quartz worktop. I had to email and call the company numerous times until I heard back and had to pay an external plumber to fix the leak Quicktops had caused on installation. There was also a crack in the counter within months of installation which the customer services Manager/Adviser seemed to feel was our fault and that we had somehow cracked it with force (despite them being sold to us as “unbreakable or unable to chip”…most edges have started to chip since installation two years ago). This was 8 months after the terrible installation, the sudden long crack which developed from a chip along the edge continued to spread across the counter daily and I was told (finally) to measure the counter etc and they would send someone out to review before they did anything and ask if I had any extra countertop left over from initial installation. They left all their rubbish behind and someone then showed up to collect this a week later stating however that the rubbish left behind was a lot more than expected!? This was part of their sales cost when I purchased the countertops. I will be filing a complaint first but theres deliberately limited contact information on their website. GO ELSEWHERE FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH BETTER COUNTERS AND MORE CHOICE. Absolutely gutted I used them as we have to cover most of our kitchen counter within additional steel covers now to ensure they don’t chip more or crack again. Waste of money.

Really happy with the service from quicktops. Our worktops looks amazing and were cheaper than the other options we looked at. The communication from quicktops has been excellent and the installation process was incredibly quick and minimally disruptive. I would highly recommend this company and have done to several people.
