Much cheaper than the same fire elsewhere. Arrived on time with no problems.

Absolutely delighted with our new Auberry Optimyst fire! It looks so much more realistic than any we’ve seen.
Easy to refill the water tank (for the steam) and so simple to operate- with or without the remote.
Service was second to none with fire arriving exactly when it was promised.

I was recommended this heater by a friend. It's for a small fermentor compartment to keep my wine at 22c-26c. I attached a thermostat to assist giving a more accurate temperature. It arrived quickly and is doing It's job perfectly. I'm very pleased with it. It's a good quality product, very reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend it.

Horrendous, they charge ridiculous fees for delivery then don't bother ship for ages. Then they go ahead and choose shitty delivery companies who just dump your package and claim to have delivered it. Even though they never actually went to my house. I contacted them and they just repeated what the delivery company said. No one actually knows where my package is! And they've stopped replying to me. I've lost £135 and this company is still claiming to be legit.

Brilliant firm to deal with! Our delivery was good the fire arrived within days, and looks fabulous.
When we needed to contact the customer service they were simply the best we had ever dealt with, everything was sorted within a few hours with a call back.
Would 100% buy from QBIC Heating again..

I am dleighted with the product and the service. It is a wall-mounted fire but, as yet, I have not had it fixed to the wall. I have tested it, however, and it works well and looks good.
My experience with the telephone operators was all good and positive.
I was, above all, impressed by the delivery driver, Mike. He was cheerful, helpful and obliging even though the fire was very heavy for one man to lift.

Response to an order is long-winded and the timer system on the Dimplex heaters I bought is so complicated that I have by-passed it and used simple wall timers

Easy to use website. Good communications and quick delivery for a heavy item (oil filled radiator).

We bought this fire a couple of weeks ago.
