Although there was confusion over the availability of the product I ordered, the company quickly rectified the issue and supplied an alternative model at a reduced price, on a next day service.

I orders a santon over counter water heater it took 2 months to arrive every date they gave me it didn’t arrive I had to chase them up and when it did arrive it did not work and now I have to go through the manufacturer, which is gonna take another two weeks to repair so not the best experience working with QBIC

Had a slight delay on receiving item but the company were very apologetic and thorough in keeping me informed. Would purchase again from these

Easy to refill the water tank (for the steam) and so simple to operate- with or without the remote.

I was recommended this heater by a friend. It's for a small fermentor compartment to keep my wine at 22c-26c. I attached a thermostat to assist giving a more accurate temperature. It arrived quickly and is doing It's job perfectly. I'm very pleased with it. It's a good quality product, very reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend it.
