I enjoy the number of surveys offered
I enjoy the number of surveys offered and the variety, but am frequently screened out, I guess due to my age (70) and being retired. I do not feel old and age is only a number and feel I can still offer insights to surveys given. I think the rewards are fair and look forward to more surveys.

My issue was I am trying to redeem my…
My issue was I am trying to redeem my reward points for a voucher, I have done this in the past and know how it works. The issue is I have opened the gift card request, then where I request a code, it says I have requested to many (which on this occasioon have not, as it will not let me. Error, in red I have tried requested to many times and to contact support. On support there is no option to get my issue through, so contacted via email. This was acknowledged but they have not solved the issue and have replied by saying it has been resolved with the info how to redeem, well I know that, have done it many times, So this morning I went onto them to start a survey and it is being blocked, cannot start any of the surveys and tried to redeem and it is blocked also,. So they did not read my problem, and now cannot do surveys or redeem my points. I was just sent a generic reply, did not read what I said

It's all downhill from here...
I have no choice but to leave a negative review as the customer service via email is appalling.
This platform used to be amazing. It is now plagued with third party 'partners' who conveniently do not pay at the end of surveys (which are normally always longer than the advertised time). I've complained multiple times about this as it is now a regular occurance and get hit with the same response 'we can't find a record of that survey.' That's convenient when I have the survey ID and survey record on my profile?
As mentioned, their third party partners like Zamplia have constant redirects and don't pay. You'll complete a a survey just to get re-directed to another straight away (bypassing payment to your account).
To add insult to this, they have halved most of the incentive (example, a measly 0.60cents for a 20 minute survey).
I cannot see them ever getting back to the high-quality site they used to be.

I like it when I get paid surveys. But lately I got surveys in my feed but they all go to error page.
