Chris rang me a numerous occasions, very persistent, which I’m glad it was because he has been more than helpful in getting me a great deal for my electric. I was introduced to Harvey of Purely Energy by a buying group I've joined. Harvey has been more than happy to help even when I was unsure if I would be using him. Having dealt with other agents over the past month I have to say he hasn't applied any hard sales pressure or unusual sales tactics which seems common within the sector. It's early days but I would feel happy to recommend Purely Energy and Harvey!

Tony has been a god send. Fact. He proactively contacted me having seen a comment I made online, he clearly had done his homework he called up and sold a solution to a problem I had with another energy supplier which was ripping me off called BES utilities.

It’s took me a month to get out of the agreement and BES have been reported to the energy ombudsman and Tony offered advice that I think I’d have been screwed without getting, this seriously could have led to me laying staff off or worse losing my business.

Not only was Tony useful but very knowledgeable and a serious asset to pure energy.

I can't thank Chris enough! BES raised my electricity prices substantially to the point I was ready to close my business ... it just wasn't a cost I could swallow . Chris sent me a message following on from a FB conversation, he didn't push me I made all the moves and I'm glad I did he undercut every quote I'd been given, was honest and answered all my concerns and helped me get out of my contract with BES ... I liked the straight, upfront yet not pushy attitude he gave me time to think and make my own decisions without and smoke and dagger comments I'd recieved elsewhere.. was a breath of fresh air during a horrible, emotional time - THANK YOU !

A guy Chris Grundy beat my work woth british gas by almost a grand a year. Straight forward to deal with all done on 1 day too. Well done, ill be back nxt year when nxt contracts up. Highly recommend
