Great Customer Service
Purely Energy have been excellent at providing advice for the large secondary school where I work. They are helping me provide ways of reducing our energy costs and Zoe was excellent in arranging the installation of two AMR devices, which will definitely help us in our goal to reduce our energy usage. The service they offer really does go above and beyond the norm and I am looking forward to developing a relationship with them in the future.

What really stood out was their transparency and professionalism – no jargon, no hidden surprises, just honest advice and the best deals available.

Cold called today by Leon.
We are TPS reg.
Started off saying they can make energy saving to our cold store.
This was not the case and he later confirmed he had misrepresented himself and they are energy brokers.
Leon said he found our number on Google and did not screen for TPS. When asked, was told he was trained on TPS. Laughed when asked if breaking the law applied to him. Refused to put me through to a manager and hung up.

I’m really sorry about this experience. What you’ve described - calling a TPS-registered number falls well below our standards and our compliance policy.
We do not permit misrepresentation, and all outbound activity must be screened against TPS and comply with PECR guidelines.
I opened an immediate investigation as to why this happened.
Actions we've taken now:
1. Removing your number from all future contact lists.
2. Refreshing TPS/PECR training for our entire team and auditing our screening tools.
3. Monthly TPS training to ensure the correct policies and screening procedures are followed at all times.
We value honest and respectful communication, and we apologise for falling short in this regard. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
