Battery failure on pure air5 pro after 4 or 5 trips sent back 2 weeks ago hoping to get it back shortly ,but looking at some of the bad reviews I'm not getting my hopes up

I received my PURE scooter two days ago, and unfortunately, when I unboxed it, I found that the data cable was already broken.

I immediately contacted customer service through the contact form and provided all the information. The reply I received was an AI generated message on Pure website explaining that the repair confirmation may take up to 7 days, and the repair itself could then take another 7 days.

This means I could potentially be waiting 14+ days before my brand-new scooter is back to normal, and the frustrating thing is that I haven't even had the chance to ride it yet.

I chose PURE expecting a better customer experience, so receiving a damaged scooter straight out of the box and then potentially having to wait two weeks or more before I can even use it is quite disappointing.

Hopefully the issue can be resolved sooner, but so far, my first experience with PURE has been pretty disappointing.

I highly recommend NEVER buying from this company. They intentionally delayed my warranty process until the warranty period expired.They sent their own courier to pick up my scooter. The scooter never even reached their warehouse properly, and then they blamed me, claiming it was "badly packaged" and demanded that I pay them money. I shipped the scooter with only a minor software error, but it was returned to me completely broken with a snapped handlebar! Now they are blaming me for the physical damage that happened during transit.Absolute liars and scammers. Save your money and avoid them at all costs!

Once Lee made contact, he was able to help find the replacement charger needed, he made the process super easy, and hassle free, very knowledgeable , great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks again :)

Samantha dealt with my problem, kept me informed at all times and was always quick to respond to any questions or queries I had, my scooter has now been repaired and the service was 1st class, thank you Pure and special thanks to Samantha for the fast and professional service she gave me.

Contacted Pure electric with scooter issues they emailed me straight back asked about problems and sent a box out to return scooter for repairs, Maya was fantastic keeping me informed throughout every stage of the repairs all sorted and returned fixed within a week. The technician Cody has done an amazing job on the repairs. Stress free from start to finish 5⭐️

Really pleased with my new Pure electric scooter. The build quality feels solid, stable, and well-designed for daily riding, offering a smooth and confident commute. Delivery was prompt and trouble-free, and everything was straightforward to set up right out of the box. Highly recommend Pure Electric if you're looking for a dependable, well-engineered scooter!

Amazing customer service with brilliant products

Had a few teething problems with the payment link which caused me to lose my patience as I’m not a tech savvy guy. Lisa from Pure Electric was brilliant in sorting everything out and responding quickly to my frustrated emails. Very happy with the service received and the condition of my product when maintenance/ repairs where carried out before being returned to me. Lisa maintained contact throughout and followed up afterwards to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. She’s definitely an asset to your team.

I have been really impressed with the communication and support given, when making my purchase from Pure Electric. Even though I bought a reconditioned scooter, the help and support I was given, was first class.Then when it came to my son opening his present, it’s been very well packaged, with everything he needed to get going!

Terrible Customer service!!

I never received my order and shows delivered at a shop. It’s been 1 week with no answer just the AI “Finn” who they use for automated messages. My order has been missing and it was meant to be a present for my child for passing his A levels

I need my refund asap. I don’t even want a replacement. I can imagine them taking very long for replying for returned items and delaying refunds

I had a battery issue with my Pure Scooter. I emailed and dealt with Samantha for my case. All I have to say is she was splendid to deal with honestly. I was apprehensive about what would happen as you never know with customer service esp when dealing with returns/ breakdowns but Samantha made me feel heard and seen and fixed my issue in no time. She was professional and efficient. Very impressed by Samantha’s service. 5/5

7 times i filled in their webform as help@ email doesnt work. No item and have my money. Poor poor company.

Purchased a scooter at Christmas. Stopped working in April after being used less than 5 times. Repaired and again stopped working after 3 more usage. Poor customer service, poor communication , poor issue resolution. Avoid this company.

We had an issue with a charger, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lee. Excellent customer service.
