I do not suggest to anyone to deal with them as long as they are high level of scamming.
I started with some little money they convince me to deposit more so i did.
They withdraw 10k for makeing bealive that everything works and ask me to deposit again.
Everytime they asked for more and more until i asked to withdraw some money.
At that moment they started asking me to pay more to get my money.
I lost enough so i am writing this review not to fall a victim like me.

Warning about PU Prime PAMM(The Best Scam Brooker)
My experience with PU Prime PAMM has been very negative. I deposited over $350,000 and suffered continuous losses while being encouraged to keep adding more funds.
Withdrawal requests showed as pending, and instead of being processed smoothly, I was contacted and pressured to keep money in the account due to “ongoing trades” and risk explanations.
Communication is informal and mainly through WhatsApp, and I feel there is a lack of transparency and proper investor protection.
Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to be extremely careful with PAMM accounts and stay away of this PONZI SCHEME.

Inizialmente mettendo i take profit venivano presi esattamente dove li avevo messi io, dopo qualche mese non è più così, nonostante il prezzo ha superato il mio take profit l'operazione non si chiude, il problema non si pone con lo stop loss, che viene chiuso in maniera millimetrica!
Aggiornamento 10/06/2026 mi confermano che il take profit può non essere eseguito al prezzo da me inserito, in base alle condizioni di mercato, da 15 anni che faccio trading questa è la prima volta che sento una cosa di questo genere, è chiaro che tengo il conto solo per operazioni di prova, con queste condizioni è impensabile trasferire fondi importanti.

One of the worst and is a scam. I deposited USD 50 and then they said in order to trade i need to deposit 1000 which i did. Then when i try to do the withdrawal everytime it states successful and then one day later it is reversed. Still I am struggling to withdraw my money. The profits also is not paid and they keep on saying different reasons. So please dont use this as this is a scam
Update: PU prime thanks for the reply but that too a standard absurd reply. you mentioning my Binance needs a KYC. but i have submitted you the screenshots from Binance team stating that my account is verified and can receive and send any amount of funds. This confirmation was sent to your team even before your this reply. i have also been on the phone with your customer team for more than hour also spent on email and chat. you all keep giving all sorts of stupid answers. my actual money in your account was USD1100+ but i have lost more than 100 now. the last withdrawal request was reversed as well. SO YOU TELL ME IF IT IS NOT A SCAM THEN WHAT.

Puprime scam me of a 1000$.

First they rejected my withdrawal request of $1000 & blocked my account I could no longer make a withdrawal request at all. After contacting them by email they accused me of abusing their promotions. I have never abused any promotion. They say they will deduct my profits and suspend my withdrawals until they have taken over all the so-called fraudulent profit. I don't recommend puprime to anyone at all. Be careful.

WARNING: EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH PU PRIME
My experience with PU Prime has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had with a broker.
I deposited funds into my account and followed every instruction provided by their support team. I submitted the requested documents and complied with all verification requirements. Despite doing everything they asked, my funds were neither credited to my trading account nor returned to me.
What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of effective communication. I sent numerous emails requesting an update, an explanation, or a refund, yet I received no satisfactory resolution. My money remains inaccessible while PU Prime continues to ignore or delay addressing my concerns.
When a broker accepts a client's deposit but fails to credit the account, fails to provide a clear explanation, and fails to process a refund within a reasonable timeframe, it raises serious concerns about its reliability, transparency, and commitment to customer service.
As a trader, I feel let down and deeply disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential clients to exercise extreme caution before depositing funds with PU Prime. Until my deposit is properly credited or refunded, I have no reason to trust this broker.
I am still waiting for PU Prime to take responsibility, provide a clear explanation, and return my money. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Min oplevelse med PU Prime har været en lang og utrolig frustrerende kamp. Det er super nemt at indbetale penge, men i samme sekund man prøver at trække sine penge ud, smækker kassen i med tekniske fejl.Selvom min profil stod som fuldt verificeret på højeste niveau, blev min udbetaling blokeret af en såkaldt "Advance KYC" fejl i systemet. Da jeg endelig fik fat i deres Live Chat support, lukkede medarbejderen bare chatten i hovedet på mig efter at have krævet nye billeder af mit pas.Efter masser af besvær fik jeg godkendt mit pas, men så blokerede deres automatiske udbetalingstjeneste mig igen og igen! Det viste sig, at deres internationale banksystem fuldstændig fejler og afviser udbetalinger, hvis ens profil eller navn indeholder det danske bogstav "Æ". My experience with PU Prime has been a long and incredibly frustrating battle. Depositing money is seamless, but the moment you try to withdraw your funds, they lock your account with technical excuses.Even though my profile was fully verified at the highest level, my withdrawal was blocked by an "Advance KYC" error. When I contacted their Live Chat, the agent simply closed the chat in my face after demanding new pictures of my passport.After a lot of hassle, my passport was finally approved, but then their automated withdrawal system kept rejecting my requests instantly! It turns out their international bank transfer system completely fails if your legal name contains local Scandinavian letters like "Æ". You are forced to type it with English letters (AE), but since you cannot change your registered profile name yourself, you get trapped in an endless automated loop where your money is constantly refunded to your balance.It was only after sending multiple angry emails directly to their support that a representative manually updated my middle name in their database so the withdrawal could finally process as "Successful".I made a great profit of over 31% on my initial 500 USD, but the way customers are treated and the technical traps they use to hold onto people's money is shocking. Stay far away from this platform!

PLEASE BEAWARE!! Misled by Customer Support and Lost €560 Due to Poor Handling

I deposited funds into my account and received PUPrime’s 100% bonus promotion. After some trades went against me, my balance fell into the negative. My intention was to continue trading using the remaining promotional credits in order to recover the account balance back into positive territory.
However, my account became disabled, so I contacted customer support for assistance. My original request was simply to re-enable the account so I could continue using the remaining credits. Instead, the support agent instructed me to reset the account balance first, which I followed based on their guidance.
After the reset was completed, I then asked for the promotional credits to be restored to the account. At that point, I was informed that resetting the balance also removed all remaining credits permanently, and that they would not reimburse them. I was later told this was mentioned in a note within the instructions.
This was never properly explained to me before taking the action, and had I known the credits would be permanently removed, I would never have agreed to reset the balance. I feel I was misled into making a decision that directly caused me to lose around €560, which is a significant amount of money for me.
I repeatedly asked PUPrime to restore the account to its previous state before the reset or offer a fair resolution, but no meaningful help was provided.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. In my experience, this situation was handled extremely poorly by PUPrime and left me feeling completely unsupported as a customer.

In accordance with the Deposit Bonus Promotion terms, trading accounts with a negative balance are automatically restricted from opening new positions, even if promotional credit remains available in the account. In such situations, the account is placed into read only status until the balance is restored to a positive value either through a deposit or by resetting the negative balance through the Client Portal.
Please also note that during the reset process, a confirmation message is displayed stating that all remaining credit bonuses will be deducted upon proceeding with the reset request. The balance reset action requires client confirmation and acknowledgment before it can be completed.
Following the confirmation and completion of the reset process, the account balance and remaining credit bonus are reset accordingly, and promotional credits cannot be reinstated thereafter.

I have deposited $645 in my PU trading account and started trading on 26 April till 12 May until I received an email that I have breached the terms and my account is terminated. I did not do anything I was just trading by myself and I had a balance of $546 on 12 May which is not even profit.
After this email I tried to withdraw my money but I am unable to login with error saying that I need to contact my account manager while I never got in contact with any account manager since I started.
I am seriously worried about my money now I just want to get my leftover money back
Please be careful of this platform they will let you stranded without any clarification and no guarantee about the funds.

I started trading with PU Prime about…
I started trading with PU Prime about one month ago with a deposit of $815 Trading account number (26393364), hoping to learn and grow my income. At the beginning, I was trying my best to understand everything and manage my trades carefully.
Unfortunately, my account is now in loss. My current balance has dropped to around $494, which has been very stressful and disappointing for me. What makes the situation even worse is that I am no longer able to log into my account. It keeps showing “temporarily unavailable,” and I have no access at all.
Because of this issue, I am unable to withdraw my remaining funds or even check my account properly. It feels very helpless not being able to control or access my own money.
This experience has been mentally disturbing for me, as I trusted the platform and did not expect to face such problems. I kindly request the PU Prime support team to look into my case urgently, help me recover my remaining balance, and allow me to withdraw my funds

Account liquidated by unauthorized trades on May 12, 2026 – no refund, no accountability
I have been trading with PU Prime for some time, but my experience has recently taken a turn that I can no longer stay silent about.
My account was liquidated as a result of a series of sell operations that I did not place. I was provably unavailable at the time those trades were executed — it was simply impossible for me to have been the one behind them. Despite this, the company has consistently refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, citing internal logs as their sole justification, without considering the possibility of a platform or security-side malfunction.
What concerns me most is that this is the second time this has happened to me. The first incident, which I chose not to contest, resulted in a far larger loss. I deeply regret not speaking up then.
Throughout this process, I have made every effort to find a reasonable compromise. I explicitly offered to accept a partial reimbursement, and even suggested that a non-withdrawable trading credit would be sufficient — meaning I was not even asking for real funds back, just the ability to continue trading. Every proposal was met with silence or refusal.
After multiple emails and days of waiting, I have received no resolution and, at times, no response at all.
I have since seen similar complaints from other users on this platform, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. I would urge anyone considering depositing funds with PU Prime to do thorough research beforehand and to be aware that, should something go wrong, the support and accountability you might expect may not be there.

Withdrawal blocked and Account restricted
I deposited $100 into my PU PRIME account (Account No. 28814132) and successfully made a profit of $118.14 My total balance is now $218.14 However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal was blocked and my account was suddenly restricted without any clear explanation.
I am unable to access or withdraw my own money after making profits, which is extremely disappointing and concerning. I request PU PRIME to urgently resolve this issue and allow me to withdraw my funds.
Once this issue is resolved and my withdrawal is processed, I will update my review accordingly.

Ich nutze bei PuPrime die Copy Trading Funktion. Leider muss das Geld vom Money Manager freigegeben werden, sodass ich mittlerweile seit einem Monat auf Freigabe warte, der Support hilft hierbei leider nicht und verweist immer wieder darauf, den Money Manager zu kontaktieren.
Der Money Manager reagiert auf keinerlei Nachfrage und gibt das Geld nicht frei.
Ich habe wenig investiert, da ich ausprobieren wollte und um das Risiko für mich gering zu halten. Aber aus oben genannten Gründen kann ich die Plattform leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich werde kein weiteres Geld investieren.
Es gibt deutlich bessere Broker!
