I pre-booked my car for its MOT and dropped it off in the designated time slot. The car was quickly taken to the MOT station and tested. I had a brief walk around and received a phone call saying I could collect the car as it had passed after approximately an hour. No issues with Protyre services I often use them. Good experience again, thanks.

Tyre replacement.
I had the car booked in for 9.30am and did not leave until 11.30 am . Then I had to ask the reception to chase up the job. It was only changing two tyres and rear wheel alignment.

Poor customer service, waited hrs for fitting
Twice in the past 3 weeks I’ve booked a time slot via the website to have 2 x 2tyres fitted.
On both occasions I’ve had to sit in reception for over 2 hrs to wait for fitting, despite my allocated booking slot.
The receptionist state they don’t know who is coming and have no knowledge of time slots as they are done on line.
The tyres are a good price and fitted well but the customer service was terrible with no regards for customers sat waiting for hours to have the tyres fitted.
Staff don’t seem bothered about the customers and despite complaining on-line and being told they would investigate the complaint, I’ve heard nothing in 2 weeks.
Good price, poor service and I’d rather pay a little more and have my customers appreciated
I won’t be going here again and heard other customers say the same slagging off protyre and blackcircles
