Very professional service
Very professional service. Prolux showed up with some heavy equipment and i couldnt believe that amount of dirt it picked up. It would be impossible to get the same results. The cream carpets are like new now

I had a wonderful experience with Prolux Cleaning, and I want to give a huge thank-you to Thomas, who handled the job. He cleaned four rugs for us and did an absolutely amazing job - they look fresh, bright, and like new again.
What really impressed me was how quickly and efficiently Thomas worked without compromising on quality. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. It’s rare to find service this good!

I called this 24/7 carpet cleaning company after my dog had an accident on the carpet. They gave me a rough idea of when they’d arrive and kept me updated along the way. The technician who came was very polite, explained everything clearly, and put me at ease. The carpet was cleaned quickly and efficiently, and you’d never know there had been a mess there at all. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

excellent upholstery cleaning from Vlad
Vlad cleaned our three piece suite yesterday and we are very pleased with the result. There were areas on the arms which required more attention from hands resting on them and these are now perfectly clean. The backs of the armchairs also needed more work as they had hair products on the surface and these are much improved. These areas are not quite dry yet but we feel confident that when they are they will also be clean. Thank you Vlad for your attention to detail and thank you Prolix for your efficient service. Genuinely Outstanding Result
Great experience from start to finish. Ivy was great when enquiring and booking. My Mother-in-law stepped in to cover the actual clean. The results were better than I ever imagined. The sofa was cleaned too and that was ok. However, the carpets were outstanding. Well recommended.

Same day service, great experience
I was in a bit of a rush, as I needed to get the carpet cleaned before the removers arrived with my furniture into my new flat. I could get a same-day appointment at a very reasonable price, and the technician went above and beyond to remove all stains. He also took some time to explain that some stains were due to the age and usage. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and I will certainly call them again when my carpet needs a bit of love !
