Stopped working! Do not buy! 7 litre dual air fryer Faulty!
Only had since Black Friday and it started playing up after 1 month won’t let me select anything just start on one setting now it won’t even let me press start just beeps at me what a waste of money! 😔😔😔

Bought a Progress Food Stand Mixer from Curry’s.
Please be aware that attachments are NOT dishwasher safe, removing the coating.
Having made contact with Progress I was told that no replacements were available which was disappointing.
I researched the company and seen that they were established 1931 and thought I would try again.
Leah at Progress went all out to help me and sourced the attachment, which I received today. My understanding that attachments will now be available in their site.

Bought progress duel air fryer from…
Bought progress duel air fryer from Morrisons just before Christmas.
It now impossible to select a programme to start ,it seems to have developed a glitch cannot use anymore .
Tried all the resets etc to no avail ,
Very disappointed.
I have sent my email as suggested .
Progress have now acted upon my review to a mutual conclusion.
I feel I have been treat in a fair manner and have amended my original rating to five stars .

I bought the dual view 7 litre airfryer from morrisons in the black friday deal, used it 3 times and now one side has stopped working. But the other side not much better. Very disappointed as have thrown my old one away.

Christmas gift stopped working after 2 weeks of minimal use…
I was given a Progress Airfryer for Christmas. I’ve only used it a few times in the last couple of weeks. After using it yesterday, the Airfryer stopped working and is showing an error of E3 and nothing will work!

Doesn't cook things under the surface. Great for food poisoning...
I bought a Progress Air Fryer (dual compartment) in November. I purchased it as I am disabled and struggle with cooking, particularly timings and remembering to turn things on and off. I have been told air fryers are amazing for people like me, especially as I most often cook meals for 1 or 2 people.
I didn't unbox the air fryer until just before Christmas. I can honestly say this is one of my worst purchases ever! Superficially it looks great, has a wide range of functions and is fairly easy to use. That's where the good things stop sadly.
I've used it about 5 times now and find I have to cook things for the exact same time as I would in an oven (longer than the standard recommended oven times on at least 2 occasions), and EVEN THEN I have to put it in the microwave as the food is uncooked under the surface (at times it has still been completely frozen underneath)! Things I've tried cooking include fresh (refrigerated) chicken pakora, and frozen cannelloni and pizza, so nothing 'out of the ordinary'. When you 'cook' things in this air fryer, the top goes a lovely golden colour giving the appearance that it's cooked but it isn't!
Ideal purchase if you a) want food poisoning, b) want to use 2 appliances instead if 1 (not great for the environment) and c) want to waste your money...

I got my air fryer for a Xmas present
I got my air fryer for a Xmas present, used it about 5/6 times the last 4 times I have had to switch off the on again to get it working. Last night draw one did not heat up and draw 2 turned off after about 10mins. I am now worried there is a fault and would like a refund.

Product issue but amazing customer service
As previously stated, I bought a Progress air fryer from Morrisons during the Black Friday deals. Only to discover when unwrapping it at Christmas that both the handles had snapped off in the box.
Whilst this was very disappointing, I was pleasantly surprised after posting the original review with how quick customer service got back to me.
Within a couple of days the customer service rep had organised for a brand new air fryer to be shipped out as a replacement. So despite my initial annoyance at the broken product the customer service was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with !
My initial review was 1/5 but after my resolution I feel the overall experience is now 4/5

Progress Dual air fryer from Morrisons (resolved)

We’ve just found out that a E3 error means it’s overheated, how can it overheat its not been switched on for 3 days.
I would like to update this review, progress got in touch with me straight away and offered me a full refund, so brilliant customer service

Bought a dual air fryer from Morrisons
Bought a dual air fryer from Morrisons, broke within a week. The screen stopped working, then part of the screen only works. 1 min before the timer finishes, it freezes, beeps a lot and after a few minutes will reset the timer to 1 hour. One side of the air fryer also just stopped working. Will be returning, avoid.

Product on Fire - No urgency to resolve
Purchased their Compact Electric Food Meat Cheese Bread Slicer Slicing Machine which caught itself on fire with smoke bellowing out.
Went on live chat to report, went through a series of questions, then had to wait 24 hours for them to say they want the product back for inspection, and only then will they send a replacement - the same product.
Great, but then communication lacks as unable to arrange a date for collection - am told it takes them 5 working days to respond to emails.
So went back on live chat and they arranged for parcelforce to collect on Friday - yet Parceforce turn up Thursday and show confirmation that is the day they were booked to collect, not Friday as agreed.
Now can´t get hold of anyone to see if they will send out Parcelforce again on the agreed day - just get a response saying they will take 5 working days to reply.
Utterly surprised at their approach to resolve an issue to which their product that could have burned our house down, or worse caused fatalities.
Due to their incompetance in not even managing to arrange courier collection and constant delay tactics in getting this issue resolved i have come on to write reviews where i can.
This company cannot be trusted - i accept items go faulty, but it is the response what shows the quality of a company, and this one simply does not care.
Avoid at all costs.

Buy a ninja
I purchased an air fryer on the 10th of October , on the 14th of November it stopped working . I have been given nothing only a runaround for a refund , shop saying get onto manufacturer , manufacturer saying get onto shop where I purchased it . I would not recommend this product because of poor product but extremely bad customer service . EDIT…. I have received a new airfryer from progress thanks to Elle Ann on customer service , she has restored my faith in the company and product

Just taking product back - had 6days, and hardly used. our Progress Dual view air…
Just taking our Progress Dual view air fryer (£50) back to Morrisons. Bought on 19th Nov, stop working last night. Did everything by the book, instructions of use was easy, but also no troubleshooting suggesting's when not working. Cooked chips on airfry at 190 for 15mins.
It became extremely hot. Unplugged and left overnight. Tried this morning, still just 'one' switch on being the on button, and bleeping. We already have Ninja products, so shall be getting a Ninja dual air fryer. Clearly, cheapness is not best.

Good old fashioned Customer Service. Brilliant!
Great experience with this Company. My Mum who is almost 90 recently purchased a mixer from Progress which she is very happy with but unfortunately no manual was supplied with the mixer. As my Mum doesn't have WiFi or is familiar with it was potentially a problem to acquire a hard copy. One email to the company resolved that issue immediately and a hard copy is now on its way. Thank you so much.
