Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Excellent range of quality products at competitive prices.
I was able to find what I was looking for and purchase it.
Also many bargains at reduced prices- end of lives or done were just ‘old’ colours.

Hob top coffee maker
My enquiry after a stainless steel hob top coffee maker was dealt with immediately and quickly by the female staff member. I was given the basic instructions which proved to be straightforward and easily followed at home. Thank you ProCook.

Refreshingly great service, not just froth
The couple of guys I dealt with were so good and so helpful, holding a display item for me that was otherwise out of stock. The well-reviewed 400 ml milk frother has proved to be an excellent buy. I have worked in retail myself and know how cynical a game it can be (for an insight I'd recommend reading George P Pelecanos of 'The Wire' fame's novel 'A Firing Offense'). Refreshing to meet good young people who really delivered and got the tone just right. Many thanks.
