Wide range of choices and reasonably priced. Very happy with the Gourmet ceramic 24cm frying pan I purchased to replace an old one I had and considering getting an additional larger one too.

Amazing
I bought two pans at Bluewater. Had a great experience. The attendant was great, gave me all information I needed. I went to buy 1 pan and ended up buying 2 and a couple of small items.
Very please with my non-stick pans!!! Loved them! If I had known the brand before would had saved a lot of money spent in failed attempts of buying a descent non sticking pans.

Superb service
Superb service. I returned an online order that wasn't suitable for my needs and purhased an alternative item which was lovingly wrapped. Both transactions were flawless and my new knife works really well. First time buyer who is highly satisfied

Pleasant shopping experience, good quality stock
Was delighted to find smaller sized cake tins (15cm and 18cm) as these can be tricky to source. Well-laid out shop and friendly, helpful assistants
I know from past purchases the quality of Pro Cook is outstanding – so I have high hopes for these new cake tins.

I like ProCook!
I managed to get exactly what I wanted but then I had an ever so slight issue. I took it to another store (Bromley) but they had no problems replacing it. So far so good. Thank you!!
