Great student accom in Birmingham
The rent for my property in Birmingham is affordable, the space is clean and well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are carried out quickly, any issues are resolved as soon as possible and they have staff on site 24/7. Could not recommend it more for students looking for somewhere to live in Birmingham.

If I could give a minus 100 score I would, would not recommend, even to people I strongly dislike. They do not care in any way shape or form about residents nor their safety or whether their property is habitable. They continue to increase the service charge whilst letting estates go to wrack and ruin. They frequently ignore residents, including formal complaints and serious concerns. Have put me off ever wanting to deal with a management agent ever again. Seriously think very carefully before taking on a properly they oversee.

Mercenary and profit-oriented. Poor budget management. Service quality and value below expectations.
This is based on recent experiences from Southside Birmingham, having had interactions with other property managers at this development over the years. As a bare minimum, hope they do not cause unnecessary drama with the fire safety remediation works.

Highly recommend this agency
Ross... he saved my life 😆. Actually this agen brought me to a few properties to meet my preferences and expectations even from beginning we arranged only one viewing. I'm very satisfied with this experience. Later all documents and some small problems after moving, agency sorted out immediately. If in a future I'll need to relocate, definitely this agency will be the first, where I'll ask for help. Thank you 😊
