Kerry Shugar was very supportive in helping us resolve a fly-tipping problem. Principle have been a good managing agent for our estate.

I have nothing positive to say about this organisation. I sold my flat some months ago and they were literally no help. It took months of continual emails just to get a management pack from them, with my estate agent having to step in the end. Upon calling them to chase for any update, every single option on their phone menu when to voicemail. Voicemails were left multiple times with no response. During this time, they put scaffolding up outside of my flat window with absolutely no prior notification and no detail about what work was taking place and when it would take place. As I work from home, the noise of putting the scaffolding up was incredibly disruptive and I'd have planned to be in the office if I knew it was happening. It was then left outside the property for months after the work was completed, I'm unsure when it was finally taken down as I'd eventually moved out. Again, I tried to call about this but was never able to get in contact with an actual human. I've now been moved out months yet I'm still receiving tenant letters for my old property. Every time I email them back demanding I am taken off the mailing list, however these emails are clearly being ignored, meaning I'm getting these letters and the current tenant isn't.

I’ve been in the property for 6 months and feel it’s a good time to write a review. When I started looking for a property it was at a time of unexpected and difficult change, being quite a few decades since starting out on my own and now I was doing it all again. I had called a few agencies in the process and never felt like I was a human being until Ross showed me around where I am now. He was helpful, understanding, knowledgable and cheerful but most importantly I felt like a person, and felt comfortable from the start, after that Courtney dealt with all the admin and she was also helpful, kind, understanding and patient, but again most of all I felt like a person. Since then Courtney, Ross and Neil have continued to be helpful, answered my questions and resolved queries and any problems when necessary. My experience with them and Principle has made a real positive difference to the changes and upheaval I’ve experienced, so thank you.

Ross, Courtney and Neil make the over experience of rent super easy there were always available to anwser our questions and extremely quick replies we were able to view and move in within a matter of weeks all the then were really nice and professional highly recommend

I was kept up to date by Melika. She always answered my emails, which actually started in June. She also sorted out a glitch in the computer system whereby my enquiry was closed without resolution

We had a really positive experience with Ross when we were looking to rent our new home. From the very beginning, he was incredibly considerate, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process.
What meant the most to us was how welcoming he was towards our children. He made them feel that this was their home, and they absolutely loved the house from the moment they saw it. It really felt like we had found a place where our family could feel at home.

Renting with Principle Estate Management has been the most professional and swift process I’ve had with renting so far! Ross was always available to answer my questions and offering support during the referencing process and Courtney was very reliable and quick with getting the tenancy documents over to me. Both were very helpful with any questions about the property, and very friendly, which makes such a big difference when going through this somewhat stressful process!! I am in the process of selling my sister in laws flat but due to her dementia paperwork was scant. I called Principle Estate Management and spoke to Jason who was so helpful, friendly but still professional. Jason listened to what information I required and quickly gathered the information, even checking older parts of the system for back invoices. Jason is a credit to this company and he needs rewarded for his excellent customer service. I used to work in customer service and understand it's not the easiest job in world dealing with the public.

Great experience living at Bristol street student Accomodation, their staff is very nice and available 24/7, also a great place to meet new people and very affordable

Bristol Street student accommodation has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, always fixing maintenance issues quickly. I haven't had any problems worth mentioning, and all my needs have been well catered for throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend it to other students.
