I would just like to take the time to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Brogan in the estates management team who has been incredible in helping us process information and access info regarding some work we are helping out with. She has been so efficient, kind and accurate. A credit to your team and business. Thankyou Brogan!

Awful company, worst then the last who were terrible!

Add extra charges to maintenance bill without being done. Also extra charges not related to the building.

Dont listen to concerns. Has been break ins to the building and nothing improved regarding safety issues.

Dont complete maintenance jobs, leave the building unsafe and broken main doors and gates broken for over 3 years.

Would highly avoid. All they care about is money and not about residents or their safety.

I was working at Southside and didnt know the place at all as it was my first time i had ever visited. There was a really warm welcome from a guy called Steve.
Helped me loads with getting around the area. Full of knowledge of the site and local area.
Never caught his surname but genuinely helpful and made my life so much easier.

Its great to have jemma and antonio looking after our building. They are super helpful and respond quickly when there's a problem. We're very thankful for their hard work.

Sophie and the team are super responsive to any issues that came up(if any) and super accommodating to me for my whole stay. The location is perfect for me, near work and uni and not far from the train station, i really can’t complain.
The flat itself is spacious, more than enough for me and my girlfriend when she stays over too :)

I have viewed a property with Ross and now I will be moving in. Courtney has dealt with paperwork. Communication and service has been good. Both are friendly and helpful.

Glad to see the back of them, nothing but a bunch of con men and women.6 years of constant excuses lies and broken promises. Made a nice affordable complex an expensive dump. Every year the fee goes up and their absolutely pathetic service goes down. The cleaner is a joke total waste of time so is the apparent window cleaner. Took 7 months to get a dangerous paving slab fixed and was only fixed once my elderly father in law tripped on it and threatened them with legal action. Even then the idiots they hired took 3 attempts to do it right and has already started to come lose yet again. Had years and years of useless property managers taking over from eachother and some how being more useless than the one before although the most useless of them all by a massive margin was Sarah Jane Templeman . A company that genuinely couldn't care less about the property they 'manage' (using that term very loosely) or the people that live in there. For years they tried telling us we were the only ones with issues with them yet we have recently found out it was never the case with pretty much everyone who actually owns their flat sick to death of them too. Something you can clearly see in the real reviews where they are given 1 star and not the fake clearly done by staff members or family ones. A truly horrible company who I hope I never have to deal with ever again. As for your pathetic response you didn't just let us down on this occasion you let us down the whole time you had the property. A real mystery to me how you are allowed to continue to call yourselves a management company. Good riddance and I pity the poor people still unlucky enough to have you

We had a very smooth and fast transition. The team made sure things are working in tge house well. Great company! Highly recommended!

Ross was very helpful friendly & always available by phone whenever needed nothing was too much trouble for him. Made me feel at ease answering all my questions he went above & beyond nothing was too much trouble excellent experience from start to finish. Brilliant from the start, applied for a viewing and Ross was on the phone in a hour to arrange something! Ross was always on the phone answering all my silly little questions and helping me get the support I needed, Ross and Courtney went above and beyond and me and my little girl are now settling in to our new home thank you all. Will be recommending principle estate management to friends and family
