Sofa is in good condition but forgot the Design on the pillows which has to be changed

We ordered our furniture and paid in full, should have been 4 week delivery. We had to ring after 4 weeks to be told it was in the warehouse ready and we were not told. Upon delivery one item was damaged, we were offered a replacement with no problem, waited another 4 weeks plus only to ring and be told the unit had come in and was not the right one. Still waiting for our replacement whole order has so far taken 10 weeks and we have had to ring each time for information. Hope this is just bad luck and not the normal practice for Prestige.

I received my furniture on time and am extremely pleased with it.
The two sideboards look beautiful in my living room, very well made, solid reclaimed furniture, will last a lifetime, I have had all my furniture from prestige and every piece is lovely. Highly recommended.

Great choice of furniture that is different to what you see in the mainstream stores. Good personal unobtrusive service (you don't get bothered while browsing) and staff very helpful when you do ask for assistance.

Prestige has a good range of products and their sales staff are happy to help. However, I recently spent £967 there on an expensive mattress and two pillows, which was a large amount for me but I believed it was the best option. As my bill was under £1000 there was an additional charge of £29 for the delivery of the mattress (which took nearly 2 weeks to arrive). After I had paid the balance of my purchase I then found another retail company selling the same mattress for £30 less and with a delivery fee of £20. As Prestige make the statement on their website 'everyday low prices guaranteed' I rang them to point put the difference in prices and requested that they should honour their promise and refund the difference to me. However, they refused to do this and would not even refund the delivery charge which they would have covered if I had spent £23 more on my original purchase. I feel this shows extremely poor customer service and because of this experience I would not recommend Prestige Furniture.
I notice that Prestige Furniture has recently updated their website and the statement 'everyday low prices guaranteed' has now been removed from it. This should help to clarify their pricing policy to future customers.

The sales staff and delivery staff are very helpful and professional. A pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely use Prestige Furniture again.

On arrival was greeted by very friendly staff. All members of staff were extremely helpful and had detailed knowledge of all the products in store. We were made to feel welcome and everyone seemed to genuinely want to help us out. Would recommend to all.

Dan from Prestige dealt with my order with speed and professionalism. When I needed to amend the order (twice) he was very understanding and accommodating and made the process happen very smoothly. Communication was via phone and email. Dan always responded quickly to questions.

Our experience and customer service the last time we purchased from Prestige Furniture was very poor, we were led to believe we ordered a bench, turns out it wasn't ordered and we weren't asked for a deposit at point of ordering- bench took even longer to arrive due to misinformation . The bench we ordered was damaged, customer service was extremely unhelpful, we ended up taking the damaged bench back to the store and demanded a refund. Not sure we will be frequenting this store anytime in the distant future. Very dissapointed.

Looking for a mirror for my living room.I called into Prestige furniture and was spoilt for choice. Huge range of furniture and helpful staff. My mirror was ordered and collected within 2 weeks. Very pleased with my purchase. Norton Oak frame mirror.

We have recently bought 2 King Size beds, 1 King size mattress and six bedside cupboards, with all bar one of the cupboards arriving on time, all securely packed and in good condition with appropriate labelling : well done with good sales service ! . The sixth bed side table was on back order, said to have arrived on revised date : no packaging, no labelling and not in prestine condition as per previous items. When I questioned its newness and lack of packaging I was hastily assured it was new and arrived as seen. To me it is reminiscent of a returned or grubby ex display model, with shading to draw sides and odd screws in rear panel. this has left me disappointed and mistrusting . I have now voted with my cheque book and returned to Trago furniture department.

Top quality furniture, excellent service from all staff involved in the store and also from the guys doing the delivery.

Our first stop shop for all furniture

Good products and lovely staff. There were a couple of problems but these were very quickly sorted - confusion over the wardrobe being ready assembled or not, (it wasn't) but Andy came out to assemble it. As he started he found it was damaged. He waited whilst Paula came out with a replacement part, sorted it and the finished article is great. They were both apologetic and Paula gave me a free upholstery cleaning kit. I'll definitely recommend them.
