Have been looking at a particular desk chair for my son. PoplarChairs.com had the specific chair in the colors that I was looking for. The price was great on the listing and the chair was delivered in just two days. Absolutely a great chair with excellent service by Popular Chairs.com. They are a 5 star company, far and away. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for office furnishings. YouTube assembly was helpful but not totally necessary.
I’m extremely happy with my purchase of the Serta Everett chair! I saved over $200 compared to other options, and the entire experience was fantastic. Shipping was fast and completely free, which made the deal even better. The whole process was smooth, easy, and hassle-free from start to finish.
I couldn’t be happier with the savings, service, and overall experience. I would definitely recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a great deal!
The first chair's box was beat up and in terrible shape. Took pictures and then opened the box to see all the parts. All the parts and instruction booklet was not in the box. So called and they patiently put up with my fussing. Had a new product here very fast. The box was in great shape. Unboxed and put the chair together and everything was there. They made everything right and very quickly. So if they don't have my picture in a circle with a line through it would use them again with a little more patience
I recently purchased a chair from you, and I’m so happy with it! The quality is excellent, and I was impressed by how quickly it arrived. The delivery process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I would happily recommend your chairs to others!
Chair was received in timely manner and in excellent condition.
I received the chair in only 2 days from order. All packaged fine and perfect condition.
The whole experience was great. The chair was half the price of other places. I placed the order and received a call right away from a rep with some questions. The chair arrived less than a week later and was the exact chair I ordered and wanted in the original box. I highly recommended this company. You won’t be sorry to just place the order!
Your people were helpful I have only one complaint. Your shipping communication is terrible. No one seems to know when or where an item is shipped from. I did receive my chair.
The chairs were delivered quickly, the customer service was helpful. However the more expensive of the two chairs came with a broken wheel and getting a replacement took more time than the order and we are still waiting for it. Not being able to track it or communicate via email because it being shipped by the manufacturer is also an added issue. Customer satisfaction also includes clear communication when solving issues.
Great customer service when my card was declined at first. I had typed my address incorrectly.
I was skeptical of PopularChairs.com as opposed to the big box stores. The purchase price was fantastic (better than big box store sales) and the online ordering was a breeze. I stayed on top of the order due to my skepticism and continued to follow up on tracking. I ended up on the chat function and Yev was very responsive, to the point of even calling me to assure my order was on it's way. Oddly enough, the delivery van pulled up while we were on the phone! The package was in perfect condition, the chair assembled easily, it's beautiful, and very comfortable. 5 Stars to Yev and PopularChairs.com. I will look here first for any future purchases.
Oh how I wish there would have been reviews of this site other than the fact that it's just a legitimate business before I bought a chair on it... I bought a listed brand new Shaquille O'Neal premier collection Zephyrus chair from them in the box came retaped as if it had been open before... And when I opened up the taped packaging on the inside, every single one of the five wheels had wear on it proving that each one of these had been used before. I don't know what to do moving forward but I'm going to have to call up that site and hope that they reimburse me or something. I have lots of pictures. I have no trust in this company now since they list things as brand new. That obviously aren't, at least not in my case.
