Easy to order. Delivery was a bit of a nightmare and I had to go to tge local depot to collect it but that's not the fault of the seller.
The bedding is simply fabulous. Excellent quality, lovely and thick, the pillows are super comfortable. I have recommended this bedding to my friends and colleagues

Excellent quality.
Picture this, having spent more nights than I care to mention, in Premier Inn. Hotels . I decided to order some Pillows at first. Ine ser, then another. Then a duvet ( which I ordered the wrong tog) ordered another one the correct tog. I then had family around and asking to get some. Ordered 2 bundles. Then finally a single duvet which is on its way. Safe to say. I'm very pleased with the quality of each product. P.S. spent a fortune but it w
as well worth it!

Next day delivery and very happy with the bed
Ordered one day and delivered the next. Delivery was on time and the team took our old, very heavy, mattress away. We are very happy with the comfort level of the new bed and it appears to be well made.

A bit disappointed
The double mattress is softer than expected. There is more movement when the other person moves than expected. The side walls dip down more when we sit on the edge of the bed too.
If there was a trial period available we would return it.
Delivery was a great service.

Easy to order on-line. Delivered exactly as promised and kept me posted on arrangements.
Mattress is lovely. Thought £40 to remove a single mattress was rather expensive considering the price of the new one. I note my negative comment was not addressed. Only responded to my positive comments.

Pillows improved my night's sleep
Premier inn used their USP to create revenue for the company and that's clever. The best thing about Premier inn are the pillows and the beds. I normally sleep with a pillow at my back due to health issues, otherwise I would be in pain. However the pillow at Premier was so comfortable I didn't need a pillow at my back. It most likely helped with my posture so I ordered the same pillows online for use at my home and have not used a pillow at my back since. I would order the pillows again. Soft pillows.

Evri was used as Courier
Evri was used as Courier. Parcel was left outside, noone knocked. When I realised it had been delivered, the parcel was gone.
Emailed Premier Inn multiple times for replacement or refund to no avail. I received 1 email reply 10 days later, stating it is the responsibility of their partnered affiliates to sort the problem of the parcel, even though my transaction was with them.
After contacting my bank to issue a chargeback, I eventually received a refund from Premier Inn, but no further communication.
No parcel. No communication. No accountability. I only received a refund after going through my bank. Evri also said they would do nothing. 🤷♂️
