So helpful when we encountered an issue. Replacement items sent through really quickly. Great to speak to a person on the phone rather than an automated message. Great service. Highly recommend.

A feeling of quality
I am very happy with the medium soft Premier Inn pillows. They are comfortable with a quality feel and zippered quilted covers.

Wrong size mattress
I order a mattress as I have a back problem. when it came it was the wrong size, so I call them up in the cooling off period to raise the issue only to be told they cannot do anything about it. So many gaps around the mattress my pillow keep falling in. This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Not very happy.
